3.Working Location：Downtown / Jurong East；

4.Working time: 8am to 6pm(Day shift), 6pm to 8am(Night shift);

5.Perform as an appointed PE's assignee to provide full time standing supervision of movement and operation of any crane, whether fixed or mobile, hoist, ladder, drilling or piling equipment, excavator or any other mechanical equipment or vehicle within the railway/Road protection and safety zones

. Take reasonable steps and exercise due diligence to ensure that works are carried out in accordance with the approved plans/details and in compliance with the Rapid Transit Systems (Railway Protection, Restricted Activities) Regulations Guide to carrying out Restricted Activities within the Railway/Road Protection and Safety Zones and the Code of Practice for Railway Protection

KeyResponsibilities/Duties

• Work closely with the Safety department and operations team to develop, implement, maintain and improve WSHE Management Systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure all site activities are carried out in accordance to MOM safety requirements and all workers comply with safety regulations
• Perform safety audits and inspection of worksites to identify and correct potential hazards, and to ensure safety regulation compliance Identify and recommend best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce ECO risks, raise safety awareness, and improve safe work practices
• Responsible for accident reporting and investigations including near misses and any industrial disease contracted in the project
• Identify environmental issues and recommend measures to rectify the irregularities
• All other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Good knowledge of WSH Act and other WSH related
• At least 5 years relevant experience in the construction industry

Position: Drafter

Roles & Responsibilities

·Prepare shop drawings and As-built drawings

· Model development, construction, documentation and production techniques

· Assist in general quantity surveying duties such as pre/post contract duties, taking-off quantities, cost control, variations, finalization of cost and tender administrative duties and Material Inquiries & procurement.

· Monitor the site progress, and confirms sub-contractors, vendors and supplier’s obligations.

Requirements:

· Academic in relevant Quantity Surveying /Building/Engineering/ BIM, Bachelor’s Degree

· Familiarize in all construction trades and practical aspects of architectural joinery works an advantage

· Proficiency in Revit, Tekla, Autocad, Microsoft office

· Experience in costing and pricing

· Able to work on Multiple projects, Within simultaneous timeline

· 3 years of experience in steel and architectural works/Drawing

· Working Hour: Mon-Fri (9am to 6pm) , Sat (Half Day)

Responsibilities:

• Manages front end engineering & feasibility studies for EPC development of new projects, energy efficiency improvement works, major retrofitting, upgrading works and any other assignments as required by the Station management.
• Projects such as repair of jetty facilities, diesel storage tanks inspection works, sales and demolition of decommissioned assets, conducting Station wide Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA), Security-by Design (SBD), Gas Compressors, Land Return & Restoration works, etc.
• Lead in the conceptualization and preparation of specifications for development of new projects.

Requirements:

• Possess a recognized Engineering Degree with 3 years; or an Engineering Diploma with 10 years; of similar working experience
• Possess MOM-recognized Certificate in Construction Safety for Project Manager, will be an added advantage.
