Job Description:

- Perform Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul services

- Perform troubleshoot

- Provide update for vehicles, resources and material status

- Provide instant maintenance support and advises to on-site customers

- Communicate Customers’ feedback and requirement for timely response.

- Ensure appropriate knowledge transfer to relevant technician.

• Monitoring issues pertaining to all Quality related matter
• Arrangement for materials testing according to LTA specification and test plan
• Coordination for quality of site inspections with all sub-contractors & QPS team
• Verifying that the Quality sysem is implement and maintained at the project site
• Filling & copies of nonconformity report, corrective and preventive Action Reports
• Ensure all QAQC records are kept & submitted to client in a timely manner as required
• Preparation & submission of monthly quality report to client-LTA & QPS

Requirements:

• Professional knowledge in Civil & Structural works (QA/QC related)
• At least 2 to 3 years experience in LTA project
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent

• Able to read engineering drawings
• To develop tooling for CNC Milling machine and Precision Grinding
• Able to set up individual tools for machine operation in CNC Milling Machine and precision grinding
• Work accordingly to production plans and to maintain operational efficiency
• Able to carry out in-process measurements and to maintain product quality
• To develop individual tooling for CNC Milling Machine
• To generate and load NC program to designated CNC Milling Machine
• Able to problem solve and to make decisions to decrease cycle times and to increase efficiency
• To woek accordinly to Production Plan and to maintain operational efficiency
• Will be responsible for CNC Production Team performance and CNC Milling process
• Monitor process/ machines and to troubleshoot and report any deviations to respective personnels or to Senior Manager
• To maintain cleaniness according to the Company's 5S policy
• Maintain continuity among working teams by documenting and communicating
• Has preferably Precision Grinding, CNC Milling Machine and Precision Engineering background
• Has relevant experience in the metal fabrication, semi-conductor, precison engineering industry

Have experience in VFD and Control Panel trouble shooting.
