• Perform tests to check the quality of materials
• Review project drawings and specifications, and raise any discrepancies and/or potential problems to the appointed Qualified Person and relevant stakeholders
• Attend meeting with qualified persons and relevant stakeholders
• Prepare progress reports
• Work under the control and direction of the appointed Qualified Person(s) when carried out his/her duties for the assigned project
• Any other duties as assigned from time to time

Prerequisites

• Diploma/Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering
• Accredited as a C&S Resident Technical Officer (RTO) by Institution of Engineering Singapore (IES) or Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES)
• Certificate in BCSS (Building Construction Safety Supervision) or other similar construction-safety certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Resident Technical Officer (RTO)
• Able to read and interpret architectural drawings and details of construction projects
• Project Location: Jurong Island (Transport will be provided at designated pick-up points)

Job Description

• Carry out aircraft maintenance tasks including aircraft component replacement, servicing, modification, troubleshooting and functional testing in accordance with approved maintenance data and customers' requirements
• Assist Engineer and Leadman to put up requisition for material parts to support the task
• Ensure that tools and equipment under his control are properly maintained, calibrated and correctly used for the jobs
• Ensure safety rules and regulations are complied with at all times
• Perform any other duties, as and when required, assigned to him by the Licensed Aircraft Engineer

Job Scope :

- Lead component level FA analysis in the Lab

- Work closely with Production and manage the FA process in a streamlined

- Lead FA process improvement

- Responsible for final consolidation of FA reports

- Arrange FA process review with engineers and Plant.

- Support Engineers for all lab related activities.( soldering rework, harness fabrication, proto build)

- Work closely with engineers for equipment procurement, installations

Requirements:

- Diploma or equivalent

- 1 – 2 years of relevant experience

- Candidate without experience are welcome

- Able to perform X-ray/C-Sam on semiconductor device.

- Able to perform grinding and decap on semiconductor device

- Familiar with typical test equipment power supply, oscilloscope, datalogger, etc.

- Experience in soldering/rework/proto build is an advantage

- Independent and able to work under minimum supervision

- Able to start work immediately or short notice
