Major Responsibilities:

• Perform analysis of asset performance including: Asset utilization, Overall equipment effectiveness, remaining useful life and capital replacement plans as well as other parameters that define Site MEP KPIs such as availability, maintenance performance, reliability and R&M costs of assets.
• Develop SOPs, equipment job aids, checklist to assure no equipment reliability issue after repair work.
• Evaluate content of maintenance plans in CMMS including methods, maintenance frequencies and spare parts needed

Qualifications:

Education

• A bachelor’s degree or a diploma in Mechanical engineering discipline.

Experience

• Mechanical engineering degree with at least 5 years work experience or a diploma with a minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience in pharmaceutical/ biological/ chemical/ oil & gas industries.
• Experience driving RCM studies and RCFA
• Experience/Knowledge in Asset Integrity Management
• Sound technical knowledge coupled with hands-on experience in maintenance of processing equipment

Skills

Technical / Adminstrative Duties

The Job

• Carry out diagnostic for van and lorry
• Carry out mechanical repair for van and lorry
• Carry out electronic repair for van and lorry
• Able to repair air condition
• Carry out engine overhaul and chassis repair
• Conduct preventive maintenance for vehicle
• Ensure that all work order is carried out accordance to the schedule
• In Charge of Vehicle movement and parking

Requirements

• Minimum 5-year relevant workshop experience dealing with commercial vehicle
• Familiar with light to medium size van & lorry and the servicing of major brand such as Toyota, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Isuzu and Hino
• Familiar with both Petrol and Diesel engine
• Possess positive learning attitude & a good team player
• Good interpersonal and communication skillBilingual English & Mandarin to speak to customer on commissioning the repair when needed
• 6-days work / week

• 熟悉汽油和柴油车的发动机
• 具有积极的学习态度，并且是一个良好的团队合作者
• 良好的人际关系和沟通技巧
• 双语能力（英语和普通话），能够在需要时与客户沟通维修事宜
• 6天工作制

Main duties & responsibilities:

• Factory Environment: General cleaning tasks, washroom maintenance
• Assist in any tasks assigned
• Prepare, organize, pack accordingly for delivery or collections

Requirements:

• Working hours Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5.45pm
• Must be able to work in warehouse/factory setting
• Positive attitude and willing to learn
