ā¢ Ensure correctness of build-up according to construction plans and drawing.
ā¢ Coordinate with engineering team to prepare engineering drawings and sketches including layouts, elevations and details for further operation.
ā¢ Involved in detailed site investigation, terrain, landform, underground and other conditions as generate various technical design example drainage, power and communication supply.
ā¢ Provide drawing modifications and advice on altering design changes to suit site condition
ā¢ Participate in management and implementation of design and various technical data, responsible for compilation of construction operation instructions and technology summary and report to Managers.
ā¢ Prepare detailed monthly and weekly progress plans to project team according to monthly/annually progress targets as assigned.
ā¢ Communicate with government personnel/owner/developer to coordinate existing site issue as necessary.
ā¢ Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, including updates on the construction timeline, budget, and any delays or issues encountere
ā¢ Oversee the operation of the shipyard infrastructure, including dry docks, docks, slipways, shipbuilding sheds, cranes and other mechanical systems.
ā¢ Ensures timely, safe, and cost-effective design and implementation throughout the project lifecycle from conception to client satisfaction.
ā¢Analyze engineering problems, like settlement, load-bearing issues, and structural stability, ensuring the safety of the bridge.
ā¢ Maintain, drive, supervise and implement robust technical standards, systems and processes
ā¢ Prepare detailed bill of quantities, and carry out accurate accounting of various quantities to ensure that the quotation conforms to the design drawings and specifications
ā¢ Influence technology strategies and decisions with a high-level of expertise and knowledge
ā¢ Provide direction and support to ensure compliance with relevant legislative specifications and standards
ā¢ Supervise construction in waterfront environments, including the building of marine structures such as jetties, breakwaters, and wharves.
ā¢ Collaborate with marine and civil engineers to ensure structural stability, particularly in areas such as dock walls, underwater foundations, and load-bearing structures
ā¢ Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for high-risk activities like working at heights, heavy lifting, and working over water.
ā¢ Lead a team of workes developing, and address training needs when necessary
ā¢ Coordinate the regular testing of to address faults, and provide evaluations to improve
ā¢ Act as a key contact with customers who have technical issues
ā¢ Write and prepare several construction technical plans as for backup
ā¢ Compile schedule plan and personnel mechanical allocation table as report for managers
ā¢ Management of all site engineers on using machine at work for coordination matters
ā¢ Review and interpret detailed engineering designs, blueprints, and project specifications related to shipyard infrastructure such as dry docks, piers, cranes, and auxiliary facilities.
ā¢ Supervising work for the safety and the efficiency of production on technical progress at site
ā¢ Able to advice and propose based on - Construction of steel cofferdam in water, Underwater pile construction, Equipment Structural standard, Earthwork survey, Geological research.
Job Requirements:
ā¢ Degree in Civil Engineering/Bridge, Road, Engineering
ā¢ Minimum 7 year(s) of working experience in the Marine & Bridge Projects
ā¢ Experience with Marine Project will be an advantage
ā¢ Ability to clearly particulate expectations
ā¢ Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, Revit & Civil 3D BIM application.
ā¢ Able to supervise and lead the survey team for handling all survey related issues.
ā¢ Able to provide design and drawings based on requirement and quotation.
ā¢ Comprehensive problem-solving abilities.
ā¢ Knowledge on Marine Construction Site exp: Mechanical systems, Construction of Port Environment, Underwater construction, Bridge Marine Foundation Work, Equipment Structural standard, Earthwork survey, Geological research, Environmental Protection Regulation
