• Responsible for preparing, submission and monitoring of technical drawings, method of statements and shop drawings.
• To monitor the progress of work against the baseline schedule & preparation of daily records & monthly site progress reports.
• Responsible for general on-site technical and engineering matters.
• Quality Control.
• Co-ordination of works with subcontractors.
• Liaise with the consultants on technical and quality issues.
• Arrangement for inspection of works.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or related equivalent
• Required skill(s): MS Office, preferable candidate with AutoCad skills
• Minimum 2 years Site/Working Experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet project completion targets.
• Coordinate and monitor work progress at site (periodical site inspection and attending meetings)
• Lead in Site Coordination and execution relating to the construction project.
• Ensure that the construction, installation and assembly of components, equipment and systems of the construction is aligned with the construction plans and drawing designs.
• Assist Construction Manager and Project Manager in sub-contractor management, on-site technical, engineering matters.
• To lead a team of supervisors and engineers, to ensure, supervise and monitor projects are carried out in accordance with the company’s operating procedures, quality standards & project specifications.
• Facilitate regular inspections to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and legislative requirements, processes and procedures.

Job Requirements

• Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant building project experience in Main-contractor environment
• Be able to work independently as well as acquiring good interpersonal skills to coordinate between the various disciplines and consortium partners.
• Must be technically inclined and possesses excellent problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous in drawing preparation and documentation
• Experienced with Building / Industrial projects will be a plus.
• Experienced with Public project.

Job Scope:

This is stable driver job without having to deliver goods within short timeframe or meet minimum trips quota. You only need to fulfill the below:

• Sending vehicles for inspection.
• Delivering of vehicles to customers according to schedule.
• Shifting of vehicles within company’s compound for space management.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Possesses Singapore Class 4 driving license and be familiar with Singapore roads.
• Understanding Basic English.
• 5.5 days’ work week.
• Willing to work at Tuas area.
• Able to start work immediately or short notice preferred.
