- Apply and renew work passes for company and workers.

- Possess knowledge of MOM laws and regulations.

- Process reimbursement of staff expenses.

-To perform the administrative duties such as data entry, scanning, filing, etc.

-Attend to phone calls, queries and emails.

-Co-ordinating and managing appointments and work schedule.

• Receive & issue of spares for aircraft maintenance & repairs on a daily basis
• Periodic stock taking

Requirement –

Minimum Secondary education, preferably with warehouse material handling experience

Knowledge of using computerized system on materials

Physically fit and able to carry loads up to approx. 20kg

Simple computer knowledge
