• Need to perform data entry for stocks movements
• Required Language : Simple English (written & spoken)

Job Requirements :

• Experienced in warehouse inventory management and manage stock movement, at least 2 years relevant experience
• Possess initiative and be results-oriented.
• Good proficiency in Excel
• Resourceful with good organising skills
• Able to work in a fast pace environment and under pressure
• Self-motivated, independent and a fast learner
• Meticulous and high accuracy in work assigned

Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. Maintaining accurate documentation
2. Issue documents, creating document templates and input documents
3. Coordination on instructions and documentation requirements
4. Ensure preparation of documents / project documents on a timely manner
5. Assist accountant on some basic work (Issue payment voucher, matching of DO to Invoice, petty cash claim arrangement)
6. Answer phone calls and manage phone and email enquires
7. Other Ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

1. Minimum qualification of GCE 'O' level Certificate
2. Minimum 2 years of related working experience
3. Knowledge in Microsoft Office programs
4. Able to work independently and diligently, prioritize job tasks assigned
