Knowledge Sharing

• Document and track technical support issues and resolutions in the ticketing system to foster knowledge sharing and enhance future troubleshooting
• Maintain up-to-date network diagrams and technical documentation

Project Work

• Set up and configure next-generation firewall, managed switches, enterprise wireless, SIEM, and endpoint security
• Deploy cloud servers with an open-source virtualisation
• Configure Microsoft 365 environments, including user provisioning, licensing, and other essential services
• Configure and manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other services
• Implement and maintain Microsoft 365 security measures and policies, including Entra ID, Intune, Purview, Cloud Defender, MFA, and Conditional Access

Security Management

• Comply with all policies and procedures published under Information Security Management System category
• Fulfil the requirements of Information Security Management System standards

Others

• Any other ad-hoc duties as required by the company from time to time

Responsibilities:

• Tabulate quantities, estimate cost and request for quotation
• Knowledge of electrical products and costing
• Updating contract documents, drawings, and correspondences
• Submission of progress claims and site valuations
• Preparation of Variation Order for submission
• Liaise with subcontractors and clients
• Ensure the timely completion of given tender assignment

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveyor or Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of QS experience
• Computer skills – Microsoft office skill (Excel, Words. AutoCAD, etc.)

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering preferred with at least 12 years of experience or equivalent.
  • Have good knowledge of all disciplines, including Process Technical knowledge.
  • Good Knowledge in Basic Design and P&ID.

  • Solid track record in EPC Project Management in Oil & Gas and Petrochemical Industry.

Responsibilities

• Design and project management of mechanical/electrical engineering systems (MVAC, Elect, Lifts, Fire Protection, Plumbing and Sanitary, etc) for building projects in the various sectors such as residential, office, commercial, hospital, institutional, etc.
• Engineer shall be expected to carry out design work, attendance at consultants’ meetings and management of the relevant M&E aspects of the construction activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree holder in mechanical/electrical engineering
• 2-6 years of experience under consultancy culture
• Design and implementation, able to attend meetings independently
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Possess initiative, drive, and ability to work independently
• Good interpersonal/communicational skills
• Experience as a consulting in the construction industry is a pre-requisite
• Working schedule: 4.5 days
• Mondays to Thursdays (8am-6pm/9am-7pm), Fridays (8am-12pm/9am-1pm)
