The team will be responsible for the maintenance of the VDI and VDI infra end to end covering all branches in Asia & Oceania region excluding Japan and China. The team will also be responsible for any new VDI related implementation and enhancement. • Ensure efficient Civil & Structural and Geotechnical design is achieved in accordance with Design Criteria and relevant standards
• Liaise with internal and external parties on all civil & structural and geotechnical design matters and advises the Senior Resident Engineer (SRE) / Senior Design Engineer (SDE) regularly
• Co-ordinate the review of Contractor's civil & structural and Geotechnical submission and assists the SRE/SDE in conveying a timely response to the contractor
• Identify and resolve potential design related issues during construction phase
• Carry out any other duties as required by the Authority's Project management team, including attending technical meetings and discussions, preparation of minutes of technical meetings and to provide technical meetings and technical support as required in the evaluations of Contractor's claifications.

As a SOC Engineer, you will play a key role in our Security Operations Center. • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and audits across both IT and OT systems to identify potential security vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with OT engineers to ensure cybersecurity measures encompass all integrated systems, maintaining system integrity and availability.
• Design and implement robust incident response strategies for IT and OT environments, ensuring quick recovery and minimal operational disruption.
• Provide expert guidance on the security impact of new technologies and changes within the organization’s OT and IT environments.
• Prepare detailed reports on security incidents and their resolution, maintaining transparent communication with senior management and stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide the cybersecurity team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement in security practices.
• Act as a key cybersecurity contact within the organization, facilitating effective collaboration between IT, OT, and other departments.

Requirements:

• Pursuing a master’s or bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Engineering, Risk Management, or a related field from a 4-year accredited university, preferably.
• Strong understanding of technologies, network operations, and Data Center Operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with GRC tools such as ServiceNow is highly preferable but not mandatory.
• Interest in preparing for Cybersecurity Certifications (CISM, CISSP, GIAC, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of SOC2, ISO 27001, NIST 800-53a, NIST 800-171, FedRAMP, and SOX.
