Working Location: Kallang, Central Region
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound / outbound calls, emails, and chats from customers with professionalism and empathy
- Assist customers in navigating respective website and online services
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies
- To consistently meet set KPIs without compromising on quality service delivery
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Customer-focused with a genuine passion for helping people
- Having prior experience in managing government projects would be an advantage
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
*Prior call centre experience would be an advantage
