Description:

- Minimum 5 years relevant experience

-To assist Qualified Person (Supervision) in ensuring the works is carried out in accordance to approved drawings

- Manage a team of Resident Technical Officer(s) Tunnel in performing their duties on site supervision

- Liase and conduct inspection with Contractor and Consultant

- Oversee all aspects of the project and keep record of works, materials, attend meetings, keeping minutes of meetings and discussions etc.

Requirements:

- Accredited as a Resident Engineer (Tunnel) with IES/ACES

-Degree in civil and structural engineering from a University accredited by the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore

-Literate in English and have a good knowledge to use computer softwares. E.g. Microsoft office

-Experience in LTA project sites would be a plus

- Willing to work on rotation shift

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project schedules and plans.
• Attend with the technical discussions with clients and consultants, as needed
• Offer a technical support to clients and consultants regarding technical requirements
• Collaborate with various departments to facilitate project execution
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Maintain thorough project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, technical agreements, and project plans
• Establish and maintain effective communication with stakeholders (clients, suppliers, vendors, and internal teams)
• Determine and resolve project-related issues and challenges
• Optimize project efficiency and profitability
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Min 2 years of Project Management experience in Electrical Engineering Industry

• Conduct incoming process inspections and maintain quality records and data.
• Identify and report quality issues to management, ensuring segregation of non-conforming products.
• Authorize part rejection or release of conforming parts.
• Perform factory routine testing and on-vessel or on-site testing/commissioning of switchboards.
• Address warranty claims and quality complaints.
• Execute official tests in conjunction with surveyors or consultants.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide solution recommendations.
• Implement safety regulations and ensure calibration of inspection instruments.
• Initiate and contribute to efforts aimed at preventing product non-conformity, monitoring the effectiveness of implemented solutions.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 2-3 years of related working experience.
• Knowledgeable in troubleshooting and able to work independently as well as with the team.
