About the Client:
Our client is one of the reputed company in banking and financial domain.
Responsibilities:
· Execute and lead the migration from Avaya communication systems to Microsoft Teams across 23 countries, including planning, implementation, and post-migration support.
· Assess current Avaya infrastructure across different geographical locations and develop migration strategies to ensure compatibility with Microsoft Teams, Verint Verba recording, Operator Connect, and Ribbon SBCs.
· Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including business users across different countries, to understand business needs, gather and validate user requirements, and to finally define the migration scope.
· Configure and deploy Microsoft Teams environments, including user provisioning, channel creation, and security settings, considering regional differences and compliance requirements.
· Integrate Verint Verba recording solution with Microsoft Teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across different countries.
· Configure Operator Connect functionality to enable seamless communication between Microsoft Teams and legacy telephony systems in various geographical locations.Deploy and configure Ribbon SBCs to facilitate secure connectivity between Avaya systems and Microsoft Teams, considering network infrastructure and regional regulations.
· Provide technical guidance and support to end users during the global migration process, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations across different countries.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Avaya to Teams migration, Verint Verba recording, Operator Connect, and Ribbon SBC integration, considering regional variations and network complexities.
Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers across different countries as needed to facilitate the global migration process.
Requirement:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience related field.
· Minimum of [8-10] years of experience in Avaya communication systems administration and support.
· Strong expertise in Avaya Aura Communication Manager, Session Border Controllers (SBCs), and other collaboration platforms.
· Experience with Microsoft Teams administration and integration, including configuring voice features, meeting policies, and security settings.
· Familiarity with Verint Verba recording solution and its integration with Microsoft Teams.
· Knowledge of Operator Connect functionality and its configuration for Microsoft Teams.
· Experience deploying and configuring Ribbon SBCs for secure connectivity between telephony systems.
· Advantage: Knowledge of Azure cloud solutions
