THE PERSON:

The Product Verification group is seeking an Embedded System Engineer to join the exciting career on creating innovative block/system-level test solutions to the latest 7nm FPGA products and beyond.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Develop cost-effective production test solutions to meet all the product quality, test cost, and diagnosability requirements of complex FPGA products including the state-of-the-art 7nm SSIT (Stacked Silicon Interconnect Technology) FPGAs and beyond.
• Define and implement innovative functional test strategies/methodologies with built-in diagnosis capability to support the testing of some complex components and sub-systems inside FPGAs, by using Verilog-based/Firmware-driven or system-level design flow.
• Create bring-up sequence for different IP blocks inside FPGAs and verify in both simulation and Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) test environments to enable robust and stable manufacturing test patterns.
• Work closely with IC design, FPGA firmware/software, verification and characterization, and product test teams to debug firmware/pattern related issues on simulation/bench/ATE to root cause the problem within short TAT, to ensure timely delivery of robust test patterns to meet the product release schedule.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Good programming experience in Embedded C for processor/microcontroller-based applications
• Strong hands-on experience in pre-silicon validation through simulation and post-silicon debug using basic bench equipment is desirable.
• Good knowledge of Verilog RTL design and HW functional verification concepts/test methodology is desirable.
• Experience in digital design and firmware development using FPGA will have added advantage.

The Network Operations Engineer is a network hardware and circuit support engineer for all levels of the network. This position requires the ability to work independently with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

● Support for global production and corporate network including edge, backbone, datacenter, POP, and content delivery network (CDN) infrastructure.

● Day-to-day activities involve working on multiple vendor TOR switches (Cisco Nexus, Arista & Juniper), optical backhaul, and backbone & edge routers in dozens of POP locations around the world.

● Assisting with traffic concerns and any other queries raised by ISP/Partners.

● Managing switches for any incidents such as input errors, CRC, RMA etc.

Qualifications Experience and Skills required:

a) To report to the Manager or team leader as shown in the organization chart. He/she is responsible for the assigned or related project tasks and responsibilities.

b) The detailed duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

i) Study and fully understand the ISO requirements, technical drawings, scope, contractual requirements and sub-contract agreements. Work with the consultants to resolve technical issues prior to construction.

ii) Submit to superior for feedback and concurrence on short or medium-term programmes and execute the works according to the detailed programme.

iii) Ensure that the works are carried out according to the approved drawings, quality procedures and EHS requirements. Managing the works with excellent housekeeping is a key focus.

iv) For quality management, the engineer is responsible to fully implement with the quality recordings, carry out result analysis and formulate action plans for continuous improvement.

v) Implement and maintain proper recordings to comply with EHS, quality, client and authorities’ requirements.

vi) Responsible for cost management so that the materials used for both temporary works and permanent works are not damaged or control the wastage within specified tolerance. Rework or abortive work which has serious time and cost impacts shall be avoided.

vii) Ad-hoc matters as assigned by the PM which is necessary for the execution of the project.
