Responsibilities

• Provide First Call Resolution (FCR) technical support via phone and email. Ensure calls are answered and emails are responded in a timely manner.
• Perform first level troubleshooting on all reported incidents and escalate incidents to 2nd level resolver groups as per work instructions.
• Furnish and submit timely updates to customers on the status of outstanding issues within targeted Service Level
• Maintain ownership of cases and follow-up on reported issues until closure and gather accurate and complete relevant information is recorded.
• Manage customer expectations and notify Team Lead in the event of unusual surge in calls of a specific nature.
• Handle initial classification/ prioritization of the incidents. Track the progress of resolution and provide regular updates for follow-up actions and incident status.

• Provide expert-level support for Verint or WFO systems deployed within an Avaya environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to voice systems, including call recording, quality monitoring, and workforce management.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to address system integrations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Conduct proactive monitoring and performance tuning to maintain system stability and efficiency.
• Participate in the planning, implementation, and testing of system upgrades and migrations.
• Document technical procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing and training purposes.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor for junior team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with Verint or WFO systems in an Avaya environment.
• Proficiency in Avaya Aura Communication Manager and Avaya Application Enablement Services.
• Strong understanding of SIP, VoIP, and telephony protocols.

Preferred Qualifications:
