Job Description

• Position Title: SHE Manager (Chemical)
• Working Location: West – Tuas
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday: 8 am-5.30 pm)
• Salary Package: Up to SGD 6000 + AWS + Variable Bonus + Yearly Increment

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Managing Director and collaborate with QSHE teams to ensure the understanding and implementation of corporate SHE strategy, guidelines, and processes.
• Develop and communicate the Company SHE strategy, design effective long and short-term implementation plans, and oversee projects from conception to completion.
• Report SHE non-conformities and incidents, and manage them collaboratively with the Corporate QSHE Team.
• Lead SHE programs, audits for certifications, coordinate site audits/assessments, manage SHE competencies, and deliver training sessions.
• Conduct SHE audits for third-party service providers and support the Commercial Team with SHE advisory for dangerous goods.
• Oversee annual SHE performance goals, lead and manage the SHE team, and ensure contractor safety leading to zero harm.
• Engage with customers and internal staff on SHE matters, provide advice on controls and protective equipment, and regularly review SHE systems for continuous improvement.
• Liaise with external entities to maintain licenses, permits, and certificates and ensure compliance with statutory obligations.
• Hold and fulfill responsibilities related to SHE legal roles like Fire Safety Manager and Workplace Safety and Health officer.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness exercises and support the implementation of Site Safe Management Measures (SMM).
• Conduct SHE committee meetings, ensure adherence to the bizSAFE level 5 standards, and manage site risk assessments.
• Perform incident investigations with root cause analysis, understand the Singapore Safety Case regime, and implement standards and best practices.
• Ensure sites comply with SHE legal requirements, maintain the SHE Legal Register, and be proactive and responsive in compliance and emergency situations.

• Min. Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health Management or Engineering related
• Min. 5 years of SHE working experience with managerial experience
• Preferably have experience in the Oil & Gas / Chemical industry
• Familiar with behavioural-based safety, fire safety, hazardous materials and DG management
• Having experience in distribution/logistics is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance of building, facilities, and security at all Company’s site.
• Coordinate and execute, when necessary, inspection, testing, general maintenance and repair of the critical site systems and equipment.
• Ensure that all equipment and other facilities are working properly.
• Critical systems and equipment include power/ UPS, backup generator and fuel supply. HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning), plumbing/ water supply, security doors/ alarms/ cameras, Fire safety systems and equipment.

• Liaise with contractors on maintenance/ repair.
• Supervise contractor on-site.
• Review risk assessment submitted by contractor prior to commencement of work.

Job Overview

Semiconductor devices are the necessity in our modern life. In Aurigin, we are a team of brilliant people designing and manufacturing automated systems in the Semiconductor industry. We are continuing to grow big and fast. We are inviting passionate Hardware (Electrical / Electronics) Engineers to join in this journey with us.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Design and create system architecture, electrical schematic, wiring diagrams, IO map, PLC code, panel layouts and PCB boards for automation machines
• Create electrical bill of materials (BOM), spare part list, installation instruction manual, maintenance guides
• Perform machine system set up, IO check and trouble-shooting of electrical system
• Perform circuit simulations/analysis, design, development, testing and debugging of circuit board and embedded firmware
• Create PCB board bill of materials (BOM), Gerber file, assembly drawing, schematic drawing, technical design documentation, simulations/analysis report, test report
• PCB prototype board making and debugging
• Manage all electrical material including PCB boards according to machine production assembly schedule
• Perform firmware and PLC code maintenance, bug fixing and enhancement
• Provide technical support, and training on electrical system of automation machine
• Supervise the workmanship of electrical technician and contractors to ensure the build quality of automation machine

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Diploma with minimal 2 years experience are welcome
• Good knowledge on electrical Design
• Proficiency in Eplan software
• Able to analyse project requirements, develop electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layouts
• Experienced in design to conformity with safety, regulatory standards such as CE, UL, VDE, CSA and SEMI-S2
• Excellent in PCB design with analogue/digital circuit and lighting
• Able to develop circuit board with RS232, RS485, I2C, SPI, USB, Ethernet
• Able to use simulation tools (example: Pspice/ LTspice/ TINA)
• Excellent in Microchip assembly and C/C++ programming languages
• Good programming skill of PLC
• Good soldering skill and electrical wiring harness skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
• Project management skills with the ability to manage priorities, timelines, and resources effectively
• Good in written and spoken English
• Required to communicate in Mandarin with International Customers
• Work as a team member in a multi-discipline engineering team
