The Job

You will join the Maintenance Section to upkeep the manufacturing plants equipped with latest technology and advanced engineering control and support the Maintenance Manager in accomplishing corporate business objectives.

The Daily

· Lead a team of mechanical supervisors and contractors in performing all the plant inspection and modification works to ensure work are carried out timely, safely and with good maintenance practices with no disruption to plant operations.

· Manage and lead the plant painting program to ensure the integrity of plant facility.

· Coordinate with plant operators and other maintenance groups in the execution of plant modifications works with no compromise to safety of workers and integrity of facilities.

· Conduct and arrange training for staff and contractor to enhance their skill and competency levels.

· Implement management systems based on standards stipulated under ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and SS651.

· Maintain proper documentation and filing of inspection records and reports in Data Management System.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Prepare drawings and detailed design documents for preliminary, construction and as-built status by using BIM Modeling, AutoCAD, Revit.
• Assist Project Engineers and Project Managers at all levels.
• Remain constantly updated with the drafting technology to maintain technical competency.
• Plan all drawing request to meet the submission deadline.
• On time delivery of all drawings, correct and accurate drawings and maintain soft copy of achieve drawings.
• Draft plans and detailed drawings for installations, and construction projects working from sketches or notes.
• Finish and duplicate drawings and documentation packages, according to required mediums and specifications for reproduction using blueprinting, photography, or other duplicating methods.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage after-sales and service activities.
