• Manage and execute project in cost effective, on time delivery with quality standards to meets client expectations;
• Managing the projects in accordance to our Company’s ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 Standards and contractual requirements;
• Pre and post-contract stages from vetting tender documents, organizing tender activities as well as settlement of accounts with owner, sub-contracts / suppliers;
• The development and implementation of project management plans through the provision of project scheduling, monitoring, reporting and forecasting, ensure that safety regulations are complied;
• Providing and preparing all scheduling, budgeting and specification for the project work;
• Check drawings and quantities and ensure that the calculations are accurate for the project implementation;
• Carry out project planning, cost control, project management and documentations;
• Provide the direction in construction planning, coordinate work with other departments, sub-contractors, clients and consultants to ensure overall construction progress as scheduled;
• Liaise and assist in submission of all necessary permit, license to all relevant authorities for the project work;
• Attend meetings, correspondences and liaise with clients, sub-contractors and suppliers;
• Resolve design and site problems encountered during the construction period;
• Plan and manage actual and post construction issues with the clients, consultants, sub-contractors and relevant authorities;
• Ensure proper documentation of the project, such as record correspondence, as-built drawings, etc..;
• Close supervision of work carried out by sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure adherence to project schedule;
• Ensure highest quality on the work carried by the sub-contractor, fabricators and suppliers;
• Liaise with consultants, clients, sub-contractors and suppliers on the implementation of the projects;
• Check on the progress claim submitted by the sub-contractors;
• Monitor, track, report project progress, supervise Engineers, Supervisor, Technicians and sub-contractors’ on site;
• Follow-up on the defective work and ensure timely rectification by contractors, fabricators and suppliers;

Job Requirement

• Recognized Degree by BCA in Civil Engineering.
• Experience in Civil Engineering Projects, especially in Marine Construction of Jetty, Wharf, Harbour, Dredging, etc.

Business Strategy & Value Engineering Advisor in the Sales Organisation

Qlik is looking for a Business Strategy & Value Engineering Advisor to collaborate with sales and develop, expand, and accelerate strategic sales opportunities through the application of value engineering, strategic analysis, ROI / TCO assessment, and sales execution.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

· As a key member of Qlik’s sales team and an expert in business strategy, you’ll support, expand, and accelerate strategic sales opportunities through value proposition discovery, and value engineering.

· Identifying critical business problems where Qlik solutions can provide significant customer value, considering the organizations strategic goals, industry imperatives, and art-of-the-possible.

· Collaborate with Account Managers and Customer Success Managers to pitch, plan and execute business value acceleration workshops to identify strategic analytics initiatives for clients and build a roadmap that aligns to client’s business goals.

· Discover and translate customers’ strategic priorities into high-impact Qlik use cases, with associated ROI/TCO or value proposition.

· Establish measurable performance indicators for the value of Qlik’s technology portfolio across both data integration and data analytics / AI against our customer’s business needs.

· Identify and build best practices for Business Strategy and Value Engineering that can be packaged, scaled, and implemented by broader sales, pre-sales, and customer success teams.

· Help drive and apply value into strategic sales plays by working with counterparts in our Data Integration and Data Analytics business units.

· Build ROI/TCO tools & models used by Qlik sellers, partners, and customer success managers.

Skills and qualifications for this role include:

· 7+ years of experience in value engineering, management consulting, financial/investment analysis and/or other applicable roles.

· Strong foundation in modern data strategy and technology, including SaaS & Cloud, Data Integration, Data Engineering, Data Science, Predictive Analytics, Machine Learning and AI

· Deep financial analysis and modelling of ROI / TCO concepts to justify business cases.

· Deep knowledge of & ability to demonstrate practical use of key financial metrics such as NPV, payback, etc.

· Strong verbal and written communication of qualitative and quantitative business cases

· Must be self-managed, responsive and dedicated to customer success.

· Strong leadership and experience managing internal and external executive-level relationships (e.g., CIO, CTO, CFO, CMO, etc.)

· MBA would be advantageous

· Fluency in English Required

Description

Subsea Operations Support Engineer responsible for the Operational support of one of the world’s largest and most complex networks. As a member of this team, you will have a unique opportunity to operate and maintain the subsea cables and get involved in all aspects of operations.

· Support multiple subsea cables O&M and troubleshoot a variety of issues in a timely manner.

· Perform fault isolation based on the troubleshooting outcome.

· Coordinate with NOC, smart hands and equipment manufacturers to resolve issues and restore service.

· Work cross-functionally and cross-regionally with other network operational support teams.

· Partner with and escalate to, various Meta teams in pursuant of restoring service and limiting impact.

· Manage and escalate critical events while communicating clearly and concisely. Document and optimize operational processes and procedures.

· Contribute to the creation of monitors, alerts, dashboards and metrics to drive continuous improvements.

· Identify areas for automation and create or participate in the solution with scripting or coding skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Knowledge and experience of Subsea and DWDM technology.

· Knowledge of Subsea technology including open cables, WSS ROADMs, Branching Units and Repeaters.

· Experience understanding architecture for system dependencies and translate these into deployable solutions.

· Experience in analyzing situations, troubleshooting, systems and tools, and problem solving.

· Experience managing and switching BU’s, WSS BU’s

· Experience managing PFE and troubleshooting complex subsea power and grounding issues.

· Experience in Subsea Operations, Deployments and Technology with 8-10 years industry experience

· Technical experience in telecommunication networks in the subsea optical transport networks including DWDM, network infrastructures, IP Networking equipment, optical testing, optical measurement principles, experience with photonic layer

· CLS Management experience including facilities maintenance and security

· Experience identifying key metrics/measures that will be used to evaluate success and validate the business impact of the program

· Experience in the Subsea O&M including (but not limited to), marine repair and maintenance (including depot testing and sparing), marine repair dispatch and spares loading

· Hands-on experience with CLS tools and test equipment, in managing landing party use and setup of equipment during repairs

· Familiarity with DCN operations, management, network security and architectures

· Documentation and communication experience.

· Knowledge with the Network Management system (NMS), Element Management system (EMS) and CLI interfaces of different vendor platforms.

· Ability to operate autonomously, strong analytical skills, coupled with a strong sense of ownership, urgency and drive.
