Pfizer Singapore is recruiting permanent employees for manufacturing site expansion of PFIZER ASIA MANUFACTURING PTE LTD (PAMPL) in Singapore.

Position Summary

• Responsible to operate the plant equipment to manufacture Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients based on established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Assist the Shift Team Supervisor in all aspects of safety, quality and operation investigation, ensuring the finalization and completion of report in a timely manner.
• Assist the Shift Team Supervisor in representing the team for continuous improvement projects, IMEX activities and implementation, development and review of various document to support the shift operation

How You Will Achieve It

• Support the shift operation in all activities, ensuring that it is meets all environmental, health and safety regulations.
• Support the STS in ensuring that all operation and maintenance activities are in compliance to the safety procedures for Lock out/Tag out, energy control procedures, line breaking activities, confine space entry, work at height, hot and cold work permitting.
• Ensure that the shop floor is in a constant state of safety and quality regulatory compliance and inspection ready
• Perform all production, pre MI and post MI activities to ensure manufacturing attainment is achieved, assist the STS in the deployment of resources based on criticality and priority.
• Assign operation task according to Manufacturing Standard Work (MSW) and Operation Standard Work (OSW)
• Participate in all troubleshooting activities in processing issues, deviations and coordinating with other functions when require immediate and preventive actions.
• Participate in all investigation, report and troubleshoot findings on both EHS and quality related issues observed during manufacturing or during batch record review.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) activities, contribute ideas and perform Plan, Do, Check, Action (PDCA) cycle
• Support the STS in the development of risk assessment, creation of job safety assessment and participate in HAZOP when required.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures as part of change control and perform periodic review.
• Assist in all commissioning, qualification and validation activities as necessary.
• Participate as a member of the emergency response team (ERT) when necessary.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or any other Enginering discipline
• 2-3 years' experience in a relevant manufacturing environment. Fresh graduate may be considered.

Work Location Assignment: On Premise

Responsibilities: 

• Closely collaborate with the Project Manager and other Engineers to support project fulfillment, including project implementation and deployment 
• Ensure project deliverables adhere to timeline, cost and scope 
• Manage and oversee project documentation and other deliverables 
• Resolve technical and design issues related to the project 
• Configure all network devices within the project

Requirements: 

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field 
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a related field preferred 
• Strong interpersonal skills, with excellent organizational and coordination abilities 
• Experience in Project Management, Network Deployment, or equivalent will be advantageous 
• Proficient in Networking (e.g. routing, switching and general network infrastructure) 
• Essential knowledge in Network Security (Firewall) 
• Capable of working independently while also being a team player
