• Design & model 3D skid system, skid structure, piping GA and other not mentioned shop drawing (cutting plan) for fabrication purpose
• Maintain proper record for drawings and information
• Proficient in operating CAD drawings software and drawing construction detailed design
• Create drawings and models from written and verbal specifications obtained from Engineer
• Reviewing and checking sketches and drawings for errors before being sent to productions, vendors, engineers, etc.
• Review drawings for completeness and accuracy
• Systematically saving sketches and drawings on CAD library, keeping the server organized; updating files as jobs progress and revisions are made
• Continually create, edit, and update standard details for use in projects
• Complete task assigned by superior and performing other relevant duties when needed

Responsibilities

• Support in maintaining & upkeep ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF1694, ISO 17025 and ISO 13485 and ISO 46001 in the company.
• Understand company’s Quality, Env., Water Efficiency and OH&S Policy and Objectives, Env. aspects and impacts, Safety news, Safety risk assessment, Information Security risks, etc.
• Perform internal QEMS and WEMS audit and coordination with internal dept for external QEMS and WEMS audit, provide support for customer audit and perform vendor audit.
• Monitoring production dept. quality failure cost.
• Perform calibration & maintenance of x-ray machine, ensure good housekeeping of X-ray equipment’s area and update monthly schedule report of x-ray machine.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experiences in engineering or quality assurance field.
• Preferably with experience in supplier management and product qualification.
• Strong understanding of automotive 5 core tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, SPC) and good working knowledge of Minitab or JMP application will be added advantage.
• Good knowledge of 8D problem solving tools (Fishbone diagram, 5-Why, etc.) is preferred.

Coordinating and resolve shipment issues

To communicate efficiently with customers, shipping lines, transport team, trucking partners and overseas offices in order to ensure smooth pickup/ delivery of the shipments

Job Requirement

Knowledge in freight forwarding, import & export procedure and permit declaration.

Experience in Zero-GST Warehouse.
