Day-to-Day Activities

- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for UI and API testing
- Execute test scripts and analyze test results
- Identify and report software defects and issues
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback

1. Developing and implementing quality standards;
2. Developing and implementing quality management systems (QMS).
3. Organizing internal audit based on QMS standards (such as ISO9001, IATF16949, vda6.3) and supplier audits.
4. Determining quality metrics, monitoring and analyzing the performance;
5. Inspecting and testing products, raw materials and processes to ensure quality specifications are met.
6. Collaborating with different departments to develop and implement controls and improvements.
7. Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with QMS requirements and customers’ expectation.
8. Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues.
9. Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.
10. Reviewing codes, specifications, and processes.
11. Formulation and Process Optimization.

• Perform system performance test and evaluation and customer qualification focusing on vision inspection system.
• Evaluating and establishing vision system performance specifications.

Requirements:

• Diploma in engineering discipline
• At least 1 year of field servicing experience in semiconductor industry
• PC hardware, OS and networking knowledge

The scope of Project Engineer shall include but not limited to the following:

• Manage the document review process, including collating comments from all reviewing parties and ensuring proper follow-up to the review comments;
• Manage and coordinate the the design, installation, testing and commissioning activity, including coordination with all stakeholders (contractors, site owners, end users);
• Liaise with the contractors and stakeholders to monitor and update the programme and work schedule;
• Provide the assistance to the project team in terms of project delivery;
• Prepare project summary reports for progress reporting; and
• Manage the administrative activities of the project, including coordinating meetings, preparing meeting records, preparing the presentation material and drafting letters for issuance.

Job Qualifications & Requirements:

• Recognized diploma/degree in Engineering or related discipline;
• Relevant project management experience in Rail Electrical & Mechanical system
• Relevant experience in Automatic Fare Collection system will be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office for Windows
• Highly motivated, pro-active and able to work independently
• Able to collaborate and work in a team
• Able to cope with flexible working hours;
• Be expected to perform night works during engineering hours
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
