Job Purpose

• Monitor and manage the delivery and use of construction materials to prevent shortages or wastage.

5. Stakeholder Communication

• Act as the main point of contact between site staff, project managers, and clients.
• Provide regular updates on project status, highlighting potential risks or delays.
• Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to address on-site technical challenges.

6. Team Leadership

• Lead and motivate on-site workers to achieve project goals.
• Provide guidance and training to junior staff or newly recruited workers.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education and Certifications:

• Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Certification in site supervision, construction management, or equivalent is an advantage.
• Further Training: WAH supervisor, BCSS

Experience:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction site supervision or a similar role.
• Proven track record in managing on-site construction projects.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in reading and interpreting drawings and specifications.
