To liaise with consultants, clients and subcontractors on the progress of M&E works.

Prepare method statement, shop drawings, installation / T&C check sheets, work progress report and other relevant documents for M&E related works with project teams.

Coordinate / prepare technical submissions with suppliers / subcontractors. Assist the Project Manager on all M&E matters including preparing M&E Master Construction and T&C Schedule.

REQUIREMENTS

•

Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelor’s degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Construction-Related)

•

Minimum 2 years working experience in M&E construction industry or similar capacity.

•

Good knowledge in Building M&E services, with project site experience in ACMV/ Fire Protection & Electrical Systems for M&E specifications, installations and maintenance.

•

Able to read and understand construction drawings and detect discrepancies for combined services.

•

Self-driven, independent and team-player.

•

Understand local legislations on M&E works.

•

Good problem-solving skills and ability to learn

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Coordinate with the main contractor and consultant and monitor work progress and schedule

Main role and responsibilities
• Take ownership of multiple application products and its operational aspects of patching, application support etc. Eg, Websphere/IBM MQ/QlikSense/Sharepoint/Pega etc

We are Data Technologies Orchestration Platform team, and we develop an orchestration platform for the internal users both Engineers and Data Analysts to create a resilient, performant and easy to use data ingestion / analysis pipeline. Our tools are used extensively within the organization with hundreds of thousands of calls and we are in the process of re-architecting to better address the expanding use cases of our system.

You'll need to have:
