o Identify, track and pursue opportunities to design, de-risk programme, manage budget and project quality.

o Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions & variation orders, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, contractors and suppliers.

o Conduct regular project review meetings with Consultants and contractors both on and off site and report to Management on a regular basis.

o Advise and maintain standards for monitoring design and construction programme, cost control and project information systems to ensure successful project delivery

o Prepare fortnightly/monthly reports to provide accurate information to the Management on the project including relevant financial and cash-flow reports.

o Develop and implement a robust and complete handover system from construction to operational phases.

o Ensure the proper and complete handover of the completed works to the Facilities Management Team

Requirements :

• Possesses a Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering or related disciplines, accompanied by 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in Data Centre Project
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and a team player with a good interpersonal skill.
• Relevant experience in the M&E design and Consultancy firm an advantage.
• Well versed in local codes of practice and standards an advantage.

• Collaborate with Network Sales Specialist for working on large opportunities.
• Ability to read through large RFPs and distill the key networking technical compliance asks and match our products and suggest/build the right networking solution will be a key deliverable of this Role.
• Engagement with Storage System Engineers to create Networking space around all Storage products we sell, to create new selling space for DC Networking will be desired. (E.g. Powerflex with Dell Switches)
• Deliver Network pre-sales presentations, demo and PoC to customers and partners as needed. Evangelize new age DC Network transformation story, around SONiC.

Essential Requirements

• Expertise and technology understanding for Data Center Networking, GEN AI Networking, Routing, SDWAN and Security solutions is a must,
• Knowledge and experience creating access control lists (ACLs) on routers and switches; recent experience using the CLI on major router and switch vendors, hands on implementation experience will be a big positive.
• Understanding and Designing and Architecting solutions for Key Industry Trends – Micro-Segmentation, Network Automation, Multi-Site Datacenters, Network Visibility, Multi-Tenant / Network Virtualization, and L4-7 Service Insertion – is a significant part of this role; ability to demonstrate a knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, UDP)
• Working experience with VLANs and IP subnetting & experience using routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP
• Around 15 years of Networking experience as a service network eng involved in designing/trouble shooting network or as a pre-sales Systems/Sales Engineer and Technical certifications like VCP, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, JNCP, JNCIA is most desired.

Desirable Requirements

• Competitive knowledge of equivalent products and commercial positioning, DC market knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Experience on SDN, Network automation though Perl/Python/Ansible Scripting and also experience in building network fabric based on BGP-EVPN, VXLAN will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Develop concepts and designs for the next generation system and sustaining engineering
• Design datapath architecture
• Representing electrical engineer in other sub-system architecture and design reviews
• Define interfaces with other critical sub-systems
• Work with other engineering groups such as Mechanical, Optical, Software, Systems and Manufacturing engineers to ensure detailed integration and test at the subsystem and system levels
• Solve challenging engineering problems by characterizing components, designing or prototyping analog front-end circuits, generating schematics, directing PCB layout, and debugging PCBAs in the labs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or system engineering
• At least 3 years’ experience with proficiency in these areas:
• Mixed signal board design
• OrCAD\Cad tools and electronic simulation tools.
• Analog and Power design, ADCs, DACs, DC\DC, OP Amplifiers and sensors.
• Full cycle of PCB design from Schematics through Layout to Manufacturing.
• Electronic fundamentals (Signal integrity, Power integrity, EMI\EMC etc.)
• Low noise linear analog circuitry, characteristics of analog components,
• CCD/TDI sensors and image acquisition
• Understand capabilities and coding techniques of advanced FPGA devices
• Proficient with the use of electronics laboratory equipment, bring up and troubleshoot PCBAs
