Summary

The sales executive is responsible to generate and increase sales revenues as well as expand client base by seeking and following on leads, first point of technical contact by providing technical assistance and advice to clients, establish and maintain customer relations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Establish new customer market and sell the company’s range of products and services.
• Expand sales to existing client and provide excellent before and after sales services.
• Form good network/contacts with client and industry associations to be constantly connected to various events for networking opportunities.
• Provide customers with proposals which meets their needs.
• Follow up with client enquiries, and contracts.
• Other duties assigned by the management from time to time.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

• Minimum diploma/degree in mechanical engineering / related discipline or extensive experience in the specialty lubricants industry.
• Independent, discipline, self-motivated and service oriented.
• Strong problem solving and ability to provide solutions skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
• Valid Class 3 license

Job Scope:

(a) Support Product Properties activities in the laboratory

(b) To ensure the effective operation of applicable equipment and complete assigned evaluations on a timely basis

(c) Conduct assigned process development activities. Prepare report and feedback on results with detailed analysis; Perform immediate troubleshooting when issues arise.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Responsible for timely execution for Product Properties analyses.
• Responsible for implementation of test methods pertaining to Product Properties activities
• Measurement Uncertainty and Method Validation
• Familiar with operation of test equipment/methods and corresponding calibration requirements
• Familiar with SAC Terms & Conditions
• To be able to operate and troubleshoot equipment in with minimal supervision.
• To be able to interpret results of equipment when used for evaluation and/or failure analysis and report accordingly
• To maintain operational readiness of equipment.
• To maintain records of service – PM and breakdown.
• To communicate with vendors for support in the upkeep of equipment & purchase of consumables
• To make improvements in operational requirements when the need arises.
• To provide support during ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 17025 audit
• Provide support for process development activities conducted by Project Manager/ Senior Engineer.
• To carry out any other tasks required by the Company and Superiors

Qualification:

• At least 12 months of continuous service, unless have prior relevant work experience.
• Min Degree holder (Chemical Engineering/Chemistry/Material Science) and min 1-2 years work experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiar with the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 17025
• Self-starter with an attention to detail required
• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism; exhibit a high level of motivation and initiative

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Liaise with internal departments personnel on project related activities.
• Coordinating with Site Personnel for updates regarding the work in progess and updating the Client.
• Assist to liaise with customers on job matters.
• Assist to monitor manpower planned for the job tasks and the actual do not deviate to compile timely report of deviations for discussion at the Managenent level.
• Assist to monitor the tools, equipment and materials planned for the various projects for their availability and timely delivery.
• Monitor departments productivity indicators and to compile report for HODs and Management perusal and follow-up actions.
• Monitor progress of the project according to plan schedule to meet deadlines.
• Compile Work Instructions for all the jobs.
• Ad-hoc assignments assigned by the managements.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/diploma holder in Engineering or its equivalent.
• At least 1-year experience as Planner in Manufacturing, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical and Oil & Gas Sector.
• Knowledgeable in MS Access, MS Office
• With interpersonal skills.
• Can work with minimum supervision.
