We are seeking a skilled Design, Verification, and Test Senior/Engineer to join our team focused on testing and validating the performance and functionality of our products, which integrates mechanical, electrical controls, and software components. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and quality of our product through comprehensive testing and verification processes.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Collaboration with product development teams to understand design requirements and
specifications for the product.
ā¢ Design and implement test strategies and plans to validate the performance, functionality, and safety of the integrated hardware (mechanical and electrical controls) and software components.
ā¢ Develop and execute test protocols and procedures for functional, regression, and system- level testing.
ā¢ Conduct hands-on testing of the machine in both controlled laboratory settings and real-world operational environments.
ā¢ Utilize a combination of manual testing and test automation tools to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
ā¢ Identify and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and work closely with design engineers to resolve them.
ā¢ Analyses test results and generate comprehensive reports documenting findings, issues, and recommendations.
ā¢ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance) to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirement:
ā¢ Bachelorās Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
ā¢ Proven experience in testing and verification of complex systems, ideally involving integrated hardware (mechanical and electrical) and software.
ā¢ Strong understanding of mechatronics, electronics, sensors, actuators, and control systems.
ā¢ Experience with hardware testing tools and equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, data loggers, etc.)
ā¢ Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, MATLAB, etc.) for test automation.
ā¢ Familiarity with software testing methodologies and tools (e.g., test management software, version control systems).
ā¢ Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
ā¢ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
ā¢ Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
ā¢ Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to machine safety and performance (e.g., ISO, IEC standards).
ā¢ Familiarity with reliability engineering principles and techniques.
