• SDLC Deliverables: Create and review System Development Life Cycle deliverables, ensuring that they align with the site’s technical and compliance standards. Define processes and data flow that meet project needs.

Commissioning & Testing

• System Testing & FAT: Supervise and execute Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and other system tests, ensuring DeltaV systems meet operational and regulatory standards.
• System Commissioning: Participate in system commissioning efforts, ensuring seamless system integration and operation in a GMP manufacturing environment.

Collaboration & Automation Strategy

• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with project teams to ensure that automation systems are designed, developed, and implemented effectively.
• Automation Strategy: Ensure adherence to the project’s automation strategy, driving efficient execution and regulatory compliance throughout the system lifecycle.

Requirements

• Industry Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries, with expertise in automation for GMP manufacturing.
• DeltaV Expertise: Extensive experience with Emerson DeltaV DCS systems, including DeltaV Batch control systems.
• System Design & Commissioning: Strong background in designing and commissioning DeltaV DCS projects for GMP sites.
• Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of control systems, including control panels, networking, panel/field wiring, and PLC systems.
• S88 Batch Standards: Comprehensive understanding of Batch S88 standards, particularly control modules, equipment modules, phases, recipes, and units.
• GAMP Knowledge: Familiarity with GAMP lifecycle guidelines and quality management processes used in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Teamwork & Leadership: Strong teamwork skills, with experience leading system testing and commissioning activities.
• Testing & Troubleshooting: Proven ability to supervise and conduct system testing, including FAT, and resolve technical issues.

ONSITE JOB PROFILE

a) Support the client in production / industrial engineering activities throughout the product realization activity

b) Study the Project requirements

c) Study the Concept design, development and production support of “tooling equipment” like Jigs and fixtures by employing ‘Computer Aided Design’ (CAD), for all components

d) Understand the Feasibility evaluation and testing of the tooling equipment

e) Prepare “3D CAD models” for the components in confirmation with the client’s standard operating procedures and practices for each production process.

f) Coordination of ECO (Engineering Change Orders) activity as per manufacturing customer’s standards and procedures through the use of SAP tools.

g) understanding and familiarization of the customer’s product and process requirements and training the delivery support team accordingly.

REQUIRMENTS TO PERFORM THE JOB DUTIES

h) Bachelor of Engineering / Technology (B.E. / B. Tech: equivalent to BS/ Diploma) in Mechanical Engineering.

i) 2-4 years of experience in CAD and ECO coordination.

j) Knowledge of Solidworks software is required.

• To review all Authority's and Contractor's drawings
• To provide all relevant endorsements required by the relevant authorities

Criteria:

- Min 3 years of experience in Cut & Cover tunnelling or supervision of installation of monitoring instruments, collation of monitoring data and use of software for the presentation of monitoring data for analysis and interpretation.

- Possess a valid RTO cert by JAC of IES/ACES as QSS Singapore

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for tier-1 network monitoring and operations of customer's IDC network, conducting 7*24*365 shift based rotation.
• Responsible for promptly responding to, following up on, and driving the resolution of various network alarms and faults. Escalate to tier-2 engineer if needed.
• Responsible for following up and finishing network breakfixes like switch replacement, link repairing and dark fiber restoration. Work with IDC technicians to conduct physical work and provide proper instruction remotely.
• Responsible for conducting some simple network maintenance.
• Summarise daily monitoring and operations work into documents and regularly share within the team.

Qualifications:

• 1~3 years of experience in data center network monitoring and operations.
• Have basic understanding of TCP/IP and routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP etc.
• Responsible, meticulous, have good communication skills.
• Capability of network troubleshooting and experience with Linux is preferred.
• Certificate like CCNA/JNCIA is preferred.
