· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science in Civil, Environmental, Water, Coastal with emphasis in hydrology/hydraulics, water resources or related field.

· At least 4 years of experience in drainage, flood resiliency, or coastal works.

· Experience within pluvial, fluvial, and/or coastal environment.

· Experience and knowledge in hydro informatics, various 1D-2D flood modelling software, coastal modelling tools (QGIS, ArcGIS), will be an added advantage.

· Possess good technical and analytical skills.
