Brief Description
The HR Officer is a generalist role providing HR services for PAVE. Reporting to the ED and Finance Manager this role will provide HR support for the full suite of HR services which includes recruitment, compensation, performance management, staff benefits and welfare administration, employee relations as well as employee engagement and facilitating learning and development activities for all employees at PAVE.
Job Responsibilities
The job responsibilities for this position include:
1) Being the custodian and champion of the HR policies and practices of the organization.
2) Supporting the organization in HR practices and policies:
a. Manpower Planning & Recruitment
b. Compensation & Benefits
c. Performance Management
d. People Development
e. Employee Relations and Welfare
f. HR Policies & Procedures
g.Payroll Administration
h. Volunteer Management & Administration
i. HR Information System
3) Any other ad-hoc People Operations responsibilities to support the ED and Finance Manager as and when required.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in HR
- Diploma or degree in HR or its equivalent
- Good working knowledge of Singapore’s labour laws and human resource practices
- A team player and able to foster collaboration amongst employees
- Self-driven and results-oriented
- Strong organizational skills to plan and execute
