Responsibilities

• Provide overall HR administration support to the HR team
• Responsible for work pass application, renewal and cancellation for foreigner employees
• In-charge of end-to-end employment cycle from on-boarding to off-boarding processes
• Processing of staff claims and statutory claims and submit for approval
• Checking of payroll data and entries and prepare reports for payroll vendor to process
• Working with respective vendors on tax and payroll activities
• Maintain and update employee record in HRIS system
• In-charge of HR system implementation/ enhancement and project management
• Responsible for employee engagement function by organizing company events and activities
• Provide overall HR administration support to the team
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor or Diploma in Human Resources Management/ Business Management or equivalent
• At least 3 - 5 years of HR Generalist experience
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP and Pivot tables) will highly preferred
• Able to start work within short notice will be an added advantage

Responsibilities:

Compiling documents for Accounts Settlement & payment request, issuing accounting note, preparing SOA, settlement filling.
Check through sales and purchase contracts.
Ensure completeness of deal entry matching against signed contracts for physical trade.
Perform validation of the trades done against trade recaps.
Recognize Incoming payments from clients swiftly and clear pending queues.
Handles front and middle office enquiries on all incoming monies matter.
Liaise with counterparties to verify payments.

Requirements

Diploma in Accounting/ Finance
Min 1 year experience in finance and accounting space of a commodity trading house.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin as need to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterpart.
Detailed, meticulous and able to work well in a fast pace environment.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams to achieve tasks under tight schedule.
