• Workin Hours: Mondays to Fridays 9am to 6:15pm, One Saturday Per Month 9am to 1pm (2nd Saturday of the month)

This position is responsible in ensuring that the staffing requirements are met and that the highest quality of applicants is maintained for professional and management personnel.

Responsibilities include assessing hiring needs; conducting initial interviews over the telephone as well as in person; reviewing applications and resumes and determining recruiting strategies within budget.

It is also expected that the employee is responsible for identifying successful candidate sourcing techniques; sourcing quality candidates that meet the hiring managers’ needs and ensuring the recruiting process is completed in a timely and effective manner while guaranteeing compliance with company policy and local labor regulations.

A. Process Related Tasks

• Collaborates with management to help them identify job requirements, fill their recruitment needs and ensure they are apprised of progress towards securing the requested personnel.
• Receive, screen, and file incoming resumes for professional and managerial positions.
• Conduct telephone interviews with prospective applicants.
• Interviews, evaluates, and presents qualified candidates to the hiring manager and oversees the scheduling of the departmental interview with the appropriate hiring manager.
• Provide initial screening interview notes for exempt and non-exempt candidates.

B. Reports Related Tasks

• Manages the resume tracking database, ensuring that it is up-to-date and accurate.
• Provides weekly status report giving detailed information on the employment activity.
• Keep detailed records of employment advertisements and ensure accurate information for advertisements.
• Reports on recruiting activities to management, identifying problem areas and potential solutions.

C. Back Office Tasks

• Conduct and/or oversees testing of applicants, reference checks, and pre-employment screening.
• Completes all necessary documentation to avoid potential serious discrimination complaint consequences.
• Secures the services of contract employment, following the same procedures as that for regular full-time employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist to investigate applications received for Claims and authorize refund for before collection date
• Assist to investigate cases pertaining to refund matters
• Assist to inform customers in cases of invalid claim / difference in claim amount
• Assist to investigate refund disagreements raised by customer
• Ensure that cheque refunds are processed accordingly
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Possess a GCE A Levels / Diploma in Accounting
• Possess a GCE O Levels with at least a B4 for Maths
• Possess refund / claims / accounting experience is advantageous
• Prior experience in a number sensitive role are welcome to apply and training will be provided
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
• Able to commit for 3 months
• Able to commence work immediately or with short notice
