- Preparing market updates, client pitches, internal memos and other internal/external documentation

- Assisting with client pitching, due diligence, internal approvals, structuring, execution, pricing and invoice/payment

- Working together with DCM syndicate, FI team and other internal/external stakeholders

- Other tasks assigned by the department head

Job Requirements

- Degree in business, banking or finance

- 1-2 years of relevant experiences in DCM origination and execution

- Knowledge of lending and credit analysis

- Highly motivated team player and a quick leaner

- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills

- Chinese proficiency preferred

- CMFAS Representative license in corporate finance advisory/dealing in capital markets products (securities) preferred

- Interest in China’s capital markets products/services preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handling of incoming and outgoing shipments document & couriers,
• Arrange shipping documentation & custom declaration/clearance
• Liaise and coordinate to update customer, suppliers and freight forwarders on the delivery schedule
• Update data into ERP System Support day to day logistics operational tasks such as inward/outward shipments
• Arrange operation matters (transport/fumigation/packing/freight booking)
• Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedure
• Ensure compliance with import/export laws and regulations
• To execute and perform others work task assigned by the superior
• Miscellaneous administrative as needed

• Candidate must possess at least 'N' Level / 'O' Level / Vocational Certificate / NITEC / Higher NITEC / and/or equivalent, and any other relevant course of study..
• At least 0-1 Year of knowlege in Supply Chain and/or with relevant certification
