Responsibilities

• Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, meetings, scheduling appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Minutes taking and handling sensitive information in a confidential manner

• Manage various office communication use appropriate office communication tools.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.

Job Overview:

• The ESG Manager will lead the company’s sustainability initiatives, driving the integration of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategies within the consumer electronics manufacturing industry. This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with sustainability standards, enhancing long-term value, and promoting responsible corporate practices. The ESG Manager will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to advance sustainability goals, uphold corporate governance, and ensure transparency in ESG reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Environmental Responsibility (Sustainability Focus):

• Sustainability Strategy Development: Assess the company’s environmental footprint, focusing on areas such as resource consumption, waste management, energy efficiency, and carbon emissions. Develop and implement sustainable practices aimed at minimizing the company’s environmental impact.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Environmental Science, Sustainability Studies, Business Administration (with a sustainability focus), Public Policy, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years in ESG management, particularly within the consumer electronics manufacturing industry, and a deep understanding of ESG frameworks and standards.
• Proven expertise in corporate governance and social responsibility initiatives.
• Strong communication, coordination, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Previous experience in project or corporate management is highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work abroad in China and Vietnam for at least 10 months per year, including annual round-trip tickets to Singapore and separate living accommodations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To advise management on relevant Acts & Legislation pertaining to environmental and health
• Monitor to air, water (ECM) noise pollution, waste management and vector control issues
• Liaise with license pest operator or agent
• To monitor noise readings and advise management accordingly
• To conduct regular site inspection, particularly on ECM, perimeter drainage system, silt facilities, poor housekeeping that will encourage pest breeding, workers living and cooking condition, sanitary facilities etc.
• Together with health supervisor to discuss findings & recommend measures to the occupier to correct non-compliances and verification of action taken
• Prepare fortnightly report to management on Environmental control
• To act according to what is stipulated in the company’s environmental programme, conduct review and make recommendation for improvements
• Conduct investigation on industrial diseases, pest infested area and implement measure to stop its spread & prevent recurrence
• To liaise with relevant authorities on environmental & health issues
• Implementation of departmental procedures to comply with ISO 9001; 14001; OHSAS 18001 standard requirements, documented procedures as well as client, companies, authorities’ requirements
• Any other related duties assigned by superior from time to time

This role has to promptly & professionally attend to the customers when they walk into our service centres. He/She coordinates the front line operation, booking of appointment and provide general administrative support (Handle first level of complaints, assisting Service Advisor's & Call agents ensure cleanliness and smooth operation of the centre and any adhoc tasks assigned by the customer service Manager).

Job Scope

• Attend to the needs of the customer’s professionally and quickly such that the customer’s waiting time is kept to the minimum.

• To assist in completion of payment transaction according to agreed terms before releasing vehicle.

• Provide assistance and support to Service Advisor's/Call agents/Customer Service Executive

• Walkabout in service centres and observe cues from customers

• Speak to customers waiting at the service lounge and perform upselling whenever possible

• Assist with inbound/outbound calls and making appointment booking for customers to visit the service centre.

• Do a follow-up call on no-show booking customers to fix another appointment booking date.

• Assist to answer all telephone calls within 3 rings in a courteous and pleasant tone and voice with appropriate greeting, salutation where appropriate, announcement of company name and personal name.

• Transfer the calls in a professional manner where the other party is being informed of the transfer and the extension that they are being transferred to.

• Record messages accurately from customers and follow-up with SAs to ensure that messages/ calls are replied.

• Assist in the daily operation of the reception.

• Assist with collation of intake reports.

• Assist Customer Service Executive in handling 1st level of complaint cases

• Assist with cashiering and document submission to finance and respective managers

• Handle non-booking walk in customers tactfully to uphold customer service level standards at all times.

• Preferably Diploma Holders who specialized in Customer Service
