• Apply accounting knowledge for the posting of grant receivables/payables and reclass of non-fundable expenses through SAP.
• Maintain and review proper data records of grant submissions and working papers.
• Regularly update/review the work schedule to report on the progress of the assigned submissions.
• Address any grant-related queries raised by grantors and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Possess 1 to 2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a shared services environment.
• Knowledge of SAP system, grant management and robot process automation management will be advantageous.
• Experience in working with iGrants, IGMS, and the SAP system will be advantageous.

New medical group seeking to enlist the services of a Primary Care Physician who will be responsible in delivering the best, up-to-date medical care to all patients of the medical group.

Primary Care Responsibilities

1. Manage a wide range of general practice cases, from infants to elderly patients.
2. Perform developmental assessments, physical exams, and refer to secondary care as needed.
3. Develop care plans and set measurable outcomes aligned with Healthier SG guidelines.
4. Provide acute and emergency care, managing referrals in critical cases.
5. Conduct personalized health screenings based on patient health and risk factors.
6. Perform simple bedside procedures.
7. Provide safe and regulated telemedicine consultations.
8. Ensure all issued medical certificates are justified and appropriately documented.
9. Collaborate with allied health services (e.g., physiotherapy, podiatry) for comprehensive patient care.

B. Principal Officer Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with Clinic Ops/Area Manager and Clinic Supervisor to ensure punctual daily operations.
2. Coordinate with CMO on clinic services and medication specific to location and client needs.
3. Implement MOH directives and company policies as received from the CMO.
4. Advise on incidents and feedback in line with the Company’s reporting framework.
5. Oversee locum doctors for punctuality, discipline, and standards.
6. Regularly inform the CMO of clinic issues requiring improvement.

C. Additional Responsibilities

1. Carry out additional tasks assigned by the CMO for patient care and business needs.
2. Work with the CMO to develop chronic disease management pathways.

Requirements:

• MBBS/MD with at least PGY 6 experience and a current SMC Practising Certificate. BCLS accreditation required; ACLSpreferred.
• Postgraduate qualifications in areas like Occupational Health, DWD, GDFM, or MMED.
• Strong bedside manners and excellent patient communication skills.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and humble, with a willingness to learn and collaborate effectively within a clinical team and allied health providers.
