The Administration Officer is responsible to provide quality customer service to stakeholders, administration support to staff.

Job Duties:

• Dealing with enquiries from students and the general public via telephone, voicemail, fax, email and in person in a timely and professional manner
• Providing appropriate responses, services or referrals and reporting of enquiries to relevant staff where appropriate
• Provide accurate information and assistance to all stakeholders
• Assist with the processing of correspondence in a timely manner as required
• Contribute to the most effective and efficient management of resources by maintaining appropriate manual and computerised records and data bases i.e. electronic filing system
• Maintain stationery supplies and office inventory including ordering and reconciliation of accounts
• Manage freight, courier deliveries and reconciliation of accounts for these activities
• Collection and postage of mail
• Manage season parking for staff and reconciliation of accounts for these activities
• Organise office events and catering for office functions and meetings as required
• Be responsible for staff amenities i.e. Board Room, Pantry etc.
• Provide word processing and data entry support
• Assist with processing all student receipts
• Other General Duties as required

Job Requirements:

• With Diploma in Business Administration / relevant discipline
• With relevant customer service experience is added advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skills i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Job Description :

• Implementation of tasks assigned by Project Manager.
• Develop OHS policies and program.
• Advise and instruct on various safety-related topics.
• Conduct risk assessment and enforcing preventive measures.
• Review existing policies and measures and update according to Singapore law.

• Inspect premises and work activities of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity.

Requirements :

• 3 years of experience as safety officer.
• Experience in writing reports and policies for health and safety.
• In depth knowledge on local legislation and procedures.
• Familiar with conducting data analysis and reporting statistic.
• Proficient in MS office.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain health and safety topics.
• WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level C).
• A Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).

• Certified Hot Work Safety Assessor.
