Responsibilities:

• Understand and comply to all related operating processes
• Focal point for delivery and shipment enquiries
• System transactions for receiving and order fulfillment
  activities
• Co-ordinate and liaise with customers/ transporter on day to
  day issues, order planning to meet customer’s shipment
  delivery / collection requirements
• Perform allocation
• Shipment arrangement per customer’s instruction
• Compilation of outbound documentation for cargo release
• Consolidation of documentation return to Customer
• Data collection for the Operations Executive / Manager
• Documentation and record retention per established
  requirements
• Cycle count administration
• Ensure all KPIs are met
• Timely delivery of accurate reports and information to the
  Operations Executive / Manager
• Data entry and administrative tasks as assigned by the
  Operations Executive / Manager
• Back up during absence of other officer
• All other tasks or duties assigned by superior

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'A' Levels or Diploma holder
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse operations/customer service
• Good in Warehouse Management System and experience with handling electronic devices such as RF scanners, Ring Scanners
• Good in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Access, VBA)
• Good problem-solving skills and experience in resolving problems creatively
• Able to communicate effectively with internal/external customers
• Positive mindset, team player and high desire for learning • Detail-oriented, analytical and innovative
• Adaptable to a fast-moving work environment
• Willing to travel to multiple sites when required
• Able to perform overtime when required
