Summary of Job Responsibilities

Acting as MBS’s representative within the contractual terms applicable, this role is to direct, co-ordinate and supervise assigned projects with the Project Team. The Project Manager will oversee and provide day-to-day direction for a team of Consultants, Contractors, and Assistant Project Managers.

The Project Manager will maintain control of project schedule, budget and risk issues. • Oversee and support the Construction Management Team to ensure the adequate and timely flow of information, designs, technical data and feedback, to meet the stringent construction schedule requirements on the project.
• Plan and Implement Procedure and Quality Checks for assigned projects.
• Assisting the Director of Project Management as directed in any other Project Management related activities.
