Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing Mass Communications, Creative Media Design, Digital marketing, Marketing, Advertising and relevant fields
• Preferably work experience in handling E-commerce platform
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator and video editing software
• Knowledge in other word processing and web analytics tools will be an advantage

Your Roles:

• Arrive at least 30mins before start of party
• Ensure that the party room set-up is correct (Theme, deco, chairs/tables arrangement, goodie bags,
• cake, mics/speakers, tv screen, signage)
• Usher party guest from entrance to the room
• Communicate with café should the need arises
• Assist party master for the entire duration of the party
• Ensure safety at all times
• Assist in room cleaning and turning-over for subsequent party

Job Requirements:

• Have prior experience working with young children age 1-12 years old
• Must be able to work on weekday, weekend (or both) if required
• Have experience in speech and drama or acting/perfoming arts
• Well-organized with mulit-tasking skills

• Overall, in charge for the sales of a range of automotive products such as lubricant oil and batteries for Singapore market.
• Implement marketing programmes (including roadshow and trade fair) as required.

Requirements:

• Nitec and above
• Possess valid class 3 license
• At least 2 years of automotive spare part sales experience in lubricant oil trading industry.

• Organising and managing the mass health screening and vaccination exercises.
• Liaising with the service provider to organise the offsite and onsite exercise.

• Onboarding staff to the new service provider
• Assisting in the handing and taking over arrangement between company and the existing and new service provider

• Providing support on working out the processes with the new service provider; and
• Ad-hoc staff welfare related tasks such as ordering of wreaths and get-well hampers for staff and issuance of baby/marriage employee gifts.

Requirements:

• A level and above with some administrative & work experience
• Good communication with stakeholders
• Ability to independently coordinate tasks with Vendors and internal staff
• Team Player to work with our HR Ops Team in organising the on-site health screening and organise comms sessions for the new medical provider

• Handle full sets of accounts for SMEs client
• Computing Taxation for corporation with its related schedules and submission of Form C/C-S
• Compilation of the Unaudited Financial Report in accordance to the Singapore Financial Report Standard
• GST report and filling
• Possibly leading a small team and to guide and impart skills and knowledge
