This position primarily manages and ensures smooth sales logistics activities and processes that is in accordance with the requirements and standards of the Company, providing full support to the Sales team.

As an independent team player with good communication and interpersonal skills in problem solving, this position handles all sales orders and the delivery processes which includes coordination with the respective internal and external stakeholders, preparation of necessary documentation, and other relevant duties in ensuring a smooth logistics flow.

This position reports directly to the Director(s) and indirectly to the Chief Corporate Officer.

Within the organization, this position has primary working relationships with the other members of the Sales Logistics team, Warehouse, Finance and Sales Teams.

Outside the organization, this position coordinates with the authorities and government agencies such as SFA/NEA as well as freight forwarders, local transporters and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth order process flow from start to end and rendering full support to the Corporate Sales Team.
• Handle all sales orders including manual order entries, processing, releasing orders to warehouse for processing and arranging local/export shipments.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team on all export shipments preparation, including pre-shipment tea certification arrangement with government agencies such as SFA/NEA. (i.e. Process/cut sticker labels for affixing onto products prior to delivery for certain countries, lab testing/certification of teas, FCL/LCL loading/pick up/warehouse transfer).
• Process/Prepare full set of shipping documentation including manual Invoices/Packing lists, Bill of Lading, COO/Form D/E and/or Export Health Cert/Phytosanitary Cert with Authorities.
• Work closely with Sales Team, Finance Team (receipt of payments) and Warehouse Team.
• Provide needful logistics inquiry/information/administrative assistance to the Sales Team.
• Follow up on the processes of all deliveries.
• Additional functions as mandated by the Management or Supervisor.

• Proficient in MS Excel & basic Words (PC Literate, Excel skills. ie. VLOOKUP, Pivot table)

Corporate Sales Executive (Local/Franchise)

Responsibilities:

• To liaise with our clients in assisting and attending to their orders, request, enquires and account serving.
• Maintain and develop good relationship with existing customers through regular contact.
• Maintain and develop a high level of product and service knowledge to facilitate the explanation of our product range and their benefits to potential and existing clients.
• Assist in sales conferences, meetings and audits.
• Administer pre-sales activities of products and services such as quotations, enquiries, etc.
• Administer sales fulfilment activities of products and services to ensure timely delivery and completion as per customer orders.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma Holder in related field
• Prior experience in Sales, Relationship Management and/or Accounts Servicing would be advantageous
• Outspoken, cheerful and dynamic character with positive working attitude
• Preferably with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English / Mandarin / Japanese / Korean etc. to liaise with a wide diversity of clients

We are looking for a professional Senior Sous Chef to be the second in command in our kitchen, following our Head Chef’s specifications and guidelines. The successful candidate will employ its culinary and managerial skills in order to play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our customers’ satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

• To ensure that guests are always receiving an exceptional dining experience representing true value for money.
• Ensure that all recipes and product yields are accurately costed and reviewed regularly.
• Ensure that all food items are prepared as per standard recipe cards whilst maintaining portion control and minimizing waste.
• Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Able to make recommendations to the Head Chef regarding succession planning and fill in for the Head Chef in planning and directing food preparation when necessary.
• Responsible for the supervision of all stewards and their activities within the culinary department.
• Ensure that weekly work schedules and annual leave planners are administered and filed correctly.
• To initiate relevant maintenance reports and work orders supported by the respective follow up of those items actioned.
• To work in close conjunction with the Operations Manager and respective & teams, collecting guest feedback and focus on improvement and development.

Job Requirements:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle full set of accounts including account payable, account receivable, GL. etc.
• Prepare and manage daily transactions
• Prepare payment vouchers and payment schedule
• Perform monthly closing reports, management reporting
• Perform quarterly and yearly tax submissions including GST and estimated tax computations
• Liaise and work with tax agent on tax compliance matters and review tax computation prepared by tax agent
• Coordinate and liaise with external auditors in relation to audit requirements, including preparation of audited financial statements
• Ensure compliance of financial authority limits, financial reporting standards (FRS), company policies and other regulations
• Liaise with corporate secretary for all corporate secretarial matters
• Other ad-hoc duties and activities as assigned
• Handle local customers and suppliers
• Update local A/R & A/P in SUN 4
• Prepare local SOA and send to clients to follow up payments – clients with credit
• Check bank before releasing D/O or B/L
• Bank reconciliation – SGD & USD accounts
• Update Cash book – SGD & USD accounts
• Make daily local trade supplier payments
• Intercompany reconciliation
• Handle commission of Sales (Singapore)
• Handle GST report including submission (every 3 months)
• Handle Fixed Asset Register
• Handle prepayment records
• Handle SG Customs Duty & Tax – verifying bill, making payment, and posting to SUN 4
• Adjust realized gains / losses on SG Customs Duty & Tax for oversea invoices
• Key in non-trade supplier invoices to SUN4 and make payment after finance manager approves
• Assist with year-end audit – preparation of documents and intercompany confirmation

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Additional Finance and Administration related tasks as directed by management, such as Financial Data Entry work

Roles & Responsibility

• Physical boarding of vessel personally
• Monitoring vessel movement & schedule
• Handling of all documentations of the vessel (e.g. Immigration & Declarations)
• Able to work irregular hours
