Qualifications

• Diploma holder in any discipline with at least 5 years of relevant administrative experience/Degree holder
• Prior experience in procurement and knowledge of SAP and Ariba System would be advantageous
• Meticulous, well-organized and able to multi-task
• Possess good interpersonal skills and able to work well in teams and take part in cross-team projects
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat (PDF)

Accounts Responsibilities

• Handling full spectrum of Accounts Payable (AP)

• Perform weekly and monthly closing P&L reports

• Perform stock checks of warehouse & van every month end

• Prepare and Balance Monthly GST G5 report

• General administrative/other ad-hoc duties.

HR Responsibilities

• Maintain records and compile reports such as attendance, leave and overtime etc.

• Prepare employment contracts and HR letters

• Assist in shortlisting, recruiting and arranging of interviews during the recruitment process

• Liaise with insurance companies regarding company and staff insurance matters

• Handle MOM work pass related matters

• Register and update employee's training courses and training grants

Responsibilities:

• Verify cheques and payment to various suppliers and vendors and outlets petty cash

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Independent, analytical and have a positive working attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and preferably Microsoft Dynamics Navision
• Preferably with experience working in F&B industry
• Preferably able to commence work immediately

Job Title: Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Finance Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the Fixed Assets register, conduct physical asset counts, and assist with tagging.
• Verify authorization for asset disposal and movement, including Form K verification.
• Prepare bank-related documents, including resolutions, and update cheque signatories.
• Project cash flow for HQ and all Centres and manage monthly depreciation entries.
• Perform bank reconciliation for HQ and various centres.
• Research fixed deposit rates, prepare proposals, and oversee placements for fixed deposits.
• Process data entry in the finance system (FO), including FD interest and subvention provision.
• Facilitate intercompany settlements and manage funds transfers to HQ.
• Conduct cash counts as required.

Additional Responsibilities

• Support fundraising events as assigned.
• Undertake any other duties as needed to support team goals.

• Minimum of 2-3 years of finance experience, ideally in a nonprofit or social service environment.
