Job Description:

Our Warehouse Assistant will be responsible for the warehouse management and inventory control, which includes:

• In charge of physical inventories, stocks and warehouse storage
• Issuance of component, stocks and tools, including replenish stocks at refill station
• Receiving of stocks and containers
• Handling inter-company stock transfer, which involves consolidating stock transfer slip and recording them in system
• Arranging for rework and repacking
• Raising requisition for monthly refill station, non-standard item or any adhoc request
• Maintaining the accurate records in excel database and physical stocks
• Conducting inventory stock counts
• Ensuring all goods are stored properly and adhere to organisational standards

• You have at least 1 years of relevant working experience.
• You are able to commit to work on Saturdays once every month.
• You possess strong organisational skills, a proactive mindset and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• You have a keen eye for detail and can respond to short notices in a dynamic environment.
• You are proficient in software applications for inventory management or record tracking (e.g. ERP systems, Microsoft Office).
• You demonstrate good interpersonal skills and excellent communication.

• Position : Accounts Assistant/Executive (AR/AP/Good & Established Company) – Up to $3800
• Location : Alexandra Road
• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.00am to 5.45pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3800 + Variable Bonus + 12 – 14 Days of Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits
• Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
• Preparation of cheque or telegraphic transfer payment.
• Preparation and reconciliation of statement of accounts from vendors Generate and send statements to customers.
• Update daily cash report includes matching & posting of customers' payments.
• Perform bank reconciliation.
• Support monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST report.
• Assist Accountant in audit related matters
• Any other duties that may be assigned in the course of work.

Requirements:

• Minimum of Diploma in Accountancy with at least 1-2 years of experience
• Possess initiative and the ability to multitask
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Chinese speaking associate
