Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support & Financial Management:
  • File documents and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure all financial records are organized and easily retrievable. File and data archiving.

• Handle account openings, transactions, and investment orders accurately and promptly.
• Address client inquiries professionally and identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships.
• Work with Operations, Compliance, Legal and Product teams to ensure smooth service delivery and regulatory compliance.
• Perform client due diligence, maintain accurate records, assist with portfolio reviews and provide market insights to enhance client portfolios.

skills and experience required

• Bachelor's degree in Finance / Business / related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in private banking and/or wealth management.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients across the ASEAN region.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
