• Responsible for processing monthly payroll,CPF submission, IR21, IR8A submission for about 200 headcounts
• Perform general administrative duties and manage onboarding/offboarding processes
• Handle work passes administration i.e. application, renewal and cancellation
• Administer employees leave,attendance, welfare and benefits
• Assist in HR matters in budgeting, manpower planning, recruitment, compensation & benefits and performance management exercise.
• Submission of all government claims
• Prepare monthly HR reports
• Support in developing and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Assist in handling employee disciplinary issues and grievances
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirement

• Possess at least a Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) relevant working experience (including payroll processing) in Food Manufacturing / FMCG industry
• Must display ability to communicate effectively with blue collared foreign workforce
• Versatile and committed individual willing to take a hands on approach
• Familiar with Infotech system
• Sound knowledge of local employment laws
• Able to start work within short notice is an advantage

PURPOSE:

As a skilled and highly motivated individual, you will provide technical assistance and support to our users in APAC HQ and 14 Operating Companies (OpCos) in the region, ensuring seamless operations and efficient utilization of IT resources. You will also work closely with internal IT peers to successfully deliver regional projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as escalation point to support IT engineers and Helpdesk enquiries
• Provide guidance to IT Support Engineers and Helpdesk
• Render ad hoc user support such as end user computers, software, and other IT related
• situations
• Perform administrative tasks via Microsoft 365 Admin Center (Intune, MDM, SharePoint &
• Teams)
• Conduct and maintain updated inventory of computer assets (desktops, laptops, etc)
• Collaborate with business users to research and deploy new technologies
• Establish, create new or revise existing policies, processes and procedural documentations
• Collaborate with different business departments to support company events and VIP
• meetings
• Manage and render IT support to OpCos
• Willing to travel and support different office locations in Singapore
• Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3 years of related IT experience
• Minimum a Diploma/Degree in Information Technology / Engineering, or relevant
• qualifications.
• Preferably ITIL v4 Foundation certified
• Field experience in Microsoft 365 Office Suite, SharePoint, Power Apps, Admin Center
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange and SCCM
• Good knowledge of Windows 10 and 11
• Powershell and Windows scripting is an added advantage
• Experience in managing internal/external stakeholders and vendors
• Experience in leading a team to support VIPs would be advantageous
• Strong service ethic and great communication skills
• Passionate about delivering quality no matter the scale of the task
• A detail oriented self-starter, down to earth and open-minded
• Team player, resourceful and able to work independently under tight schedules and with
• ambiguity
• Ability to converse in Mandarin is essential to communicate with Chinese-speaking OpCos

About the Role

Seeking an HR Executive with 3-4 years of HR experience to manage training, appraisals, insurance, payroll, work passes, recruitment, and policy development. Key Responsibilities

1. Employee Training

• Identify skill gaps and training needs in collaboration with department heads.
• Coordinate both internal and external training programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
• Track training progress, attendance, and completion rates, maintaining accurate training records.

2. Staff Appraisals

• Organize and schedule mid-year and annual performance appraisals, ensuring timely communication with all departments.
• Support managers and employees through the appraisal process and review appraisal documents to ensure alignment with company standards.

3. Insurance Coordination

• Manage employee insurance policies, coordinate with providers, and handle policy renewals.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding insurance benefits and conduct annual policy reviews.

4. Payroll & CPF Management

• Oversee payroll processing and CPF contributions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Address employee queries related to payroll matters.

5. Work Pass Application Management

• Prepare and submit work pass applications (in shipyard environment will be an advantage) in line with government regulations, manage renewals, and track compliance status.

6. Executive-Level Recruitment

• Develop job descriptions, source candidates, screen applications, and conduct initial interviews for executive-level roles.
• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a seamless recruitment experience for candidates.

7. HR Policy Development and Support

• Assist in documenting and updating HR policies to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Contribute to the implementation of new HR technologies and systems to streamline processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR operations, ideally with knowledge in areas such as training coordination, payroll, and recruitment.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external providers.
• Knowledge of HR regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
