Duties & Responsibilites

• Perform daily laundry tasks according to standard procedures
• Collect soiled laundry from wards, wash, dry and fold laundry and deliver clean laundry to the wards as scheduled
• Clean washers, dryers and maintain storage areas
• Follow safety precautions when performing tasks, when using equipment & handling washing chemicals

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the enterprise server systems and networking equipment administrations, support escalation, updates, enhancements, and new initiatives rollout.
• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on Enterprise internetworking technologies, stays abreast of IT technologies trends and industry best practices to provide expert recommendation to management on overall network architecture strategy.
• Manage windows server configuration changes, backup, security updates & patches, and high availability.
• Actively monitoring network availability through enterprise network monitoring tools and proactively response to potential network issue.
• Monitor (and respond to) all network system alerts and provide technical support in terms of troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, cloud, and other inter-related system problems.

• Maintain, enforce, and communicate IT and OT Network standards and policies to all entities in the region. Document and inventory network details for reference and in alignment with IT Controls requirements.
• Participates in Company’s IT Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity Plan which provides a defined level of systems functionality in the event of an unplanned emergency or disaster.
• Complies with all ENGIE's IT policies and procedures.
• Render L2 support to IT helpdesk team and end-users when required.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Candidate is required to be hands-on in day-to-day network infrastructure management and support.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other relevant Information Technology field.
• Seven (7) years minimum experience in designing and supporting large-scale enterprise system and network.
• Must have one or more industry certifications in various disciplines such as Azure, AWS, Cisco, Fortinet, and Information Security.
• In-depth knowledge in design and manage networking and security components across multiple public clouds (Such as AWS and Azure) and on-Premises Data Centre.
• In-depth knowledge in Enterprise Core Networking technologies (LAN, WAN, VPN, SDWAN, Firewall, Network Load balancing, 4/5G Wireless, and WIFI.
• In-depth knowledge in Networking Protocol (Proxy, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BOOTP, 802.1x, 802.1Q, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VPN, Ethernet, VLAN, Spanning-Tree).
• Knowledge in the IT infrastructure operations, IT Security, disaster recovery, resources monitoring, capacity optimization, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Windows Server environment in an enterprise-scale network.
• Knowledge of general IT technologies (Azure AD, Intune, Active Directory, Authentication, OKTA, Zscaler, O365/Email, Window Workstation and Server, Hyper-V, IaaS, PaaS).
• Candidate must possess good project management in executing global initiative to his/her area of responsibility.
• The candidate must have effective communication (both verbal and spoken), problem solving, documentation, and coaching skill to develop 1st level Infrastructure support capability to the respective local support personnel.
• Must be able to prioritize work, manage conflicting requirements, and understand long-term support, security, and economic implications of work product. Expected to evaluate multiple options independently for major projects and present a recommendation that is supported by research and external analysis where possible.
• Ability to work independently to assess requirements, plan, design, and implement enterprise technology or IT functions including networks (LAN/WAN) services, equipment and devices.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with the ISO 27001 standards.
