A. FUNDRAISING

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain employee data by ensuring the accuracy of records in both HR systems and personal files.
• Safeguard the employee database by ensuring compliance, data integrity, and security.
• Ensure the issuance of accurate, clear, and effective appointment and communication letters to employees.
• Oversee the benefits program, including leave management and employee insurance.
• Efficiently manage payroll operations, ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of services
• Provide Finance department with timely payroll reconciliations and relevant payment reports.
• Collaborate with the Finance department on audit and annual budgeting exercises.
• Work alongside the in-house tax manager to address taxation matters for employees posted overseas.
• Develop operational and tactical execution plans for the implementation of new policies.
• Introduce enhancements and process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and robustness.
• Participate in HR digitization projects.

Job Requirement

• Possess a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience in the field of Human Resources.
• Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Hands on experience with SAP system.
• A strong grasp of human resources policies, practices, and benefits.
• Managing multiple projects concurrently, with a strong focus on achieving objectives.
