As a Events Executive, you will be at the forefront of our outreach efforts, responsible for executing roadshow events in various locations across Singapore. Your role is crucial in creating brand awareness, educating job seekers about "SG Jobslah," (subsidiary of Info Tech) and driving user engagement with our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Roadshow Execution:

• Coordinate roadshow events to showcase "SG Jobslah" at strategic locations throughout Singapore.
• Ensure all logistical aspects of the roadshow, such as venue booking, booth setup, and event promotion, are well-organized.

End User Engagement:

• Interact with event attendees and engage them in conversations about "SG Jobslah."
• Provide demonstrations of the platform's features and benefits to potential users.
• Answer questions and address concerns to promote user confidence.

Promotional Material Management:

• Ensure all promotional materials, including brochures, banners, and giveaways, are prepared and available for distribution.
• Maintain an organized inventory of promotional materials.

Data Collection and Reporting:

• Collect valuable user feedback and insights during roadshow events.
• Compile event data and feedback for analysis and reporting to improve future roadshows.

Collaboration and Networking:

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align roadshow efforts with overall promotional strategies.
• Build relationships with local event organizers and potential partners for future roadshow opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in event execution, preferably with roadshow or promotional events, fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic and outgoing personality with the ability to engage and excite audiences.

Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:-

- Responsible for client’s accounting activities

- Able to handle full set of accounts – AP, AR, GL, GST/Taxation

- Verifies the completeness and accuracy of documentation

- Prepares schedules, reports, and financial statements

- Assist in yearly audit and annual closing submission for tax submission

- Maintain proper document filing and documentation

- Knowledge of SFRS

- Familiar with Taxation Computation

Requirements:-

- Min. 2 years full set Accounts experiences

- Degree/Diploma in Accounting and above

- Prefer accounting firm experience

- Must know the Compilation of Financial Statements & Taxation

- Familiar with accounting software (MYOB, Autocount, Quickbook, Xero)

- Able to speak English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)

- Able to OT to meet dateline

- Able to handle multiple client’s company accounts

- Able to hold discussion on accounts with client

- Travel to client’s office when required

- Process invoices

- Update internal Systems with Financial Data

- Assist Finance Manager in processing month end / querter end / year end closings

- Reconcile Bank Statements

- Review and Implement Financial policies

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accounting

- Minimum 1~3 years experience in Finance role

- Use of SAP is preferred

- Advanced MS skills
