Job Description

- Manage full sets of accounts.

- Prepare all payments, verification and checking entries for all cheques

- Prepare bank reconciliation statements

- Prepare all journals for monthly closing including reconciliation of all balance sheet schedules.

- Prepare yearly closing and audit schedules.

- Review corporate tax computation and audit report.

- Filing of directors’ personal tax

- Submission of Quarterly GST and monthly CPF.

- Inter-company transactions.

- Manage and involve in yearly inventory audit.

- Oversee of AR and AP transactions for 2 companies.

- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.

- Prepare of annual financial statements at the end of financial year.

- Prepare of P&L report and balance Sheet.

- Pay vendor invoices and expenses claims.

- Other accounting-related duties as assigned.

- IR8A and IRAS submission

Job Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification.

- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in accounting and financial reporting.

- Good accounting knowledge

- Proficient in MS Office applications.

- Familiar with Navision accounting software is an advantage.

- Good knowledge of the Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, GST Act and relevant tax rules and guidelines.

Job Description:

• Oversee the accounting of both the fund managing company and the fund, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Undertake operational tasks including position consolidation, document organization and filing to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct thorough data analysis to unearth investment opportunities and risks.
• Render recommendations for trades based on comprehensive market research and data analytics.
• Participate actively in fund management activities including, but not limited to, position checks, and data collation.
• Consolidate the positions across multiple custodian banks on a monthly basis.
• Facilitate effective communication with the affiliated multi-family office during the decision-making process.
• Engage in meaningful discussions regarding investment strategies and portfolio management with the multi-family office and other stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in asset management, hedge funds, portfolio management, research and dealing or related fields
• Bachelor’s Degree in Investment/Finance or any other related studies
• Additional qualifications such as CFA/CAIA/MBA will be advantageous.
• Good communication skills
• Self-driven individual with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
