- Collaborate with marketing team to plan content for TANYU social media calendar, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and RED etc.

- Coordinate among various functional agencies (design, MCN, vendors) and outlets to maintain branding consistency;

- Provide tracking, analysis, insights of various platforms’ performance for automotive brands and competitor brands via monthly reports;

Requirements

- Minimum local Diploma or Degree qualification in Communications, Digital Marketing or Social Media related majors;

- Preferably fluent in Mandarin and English, both speaking and writing;

- Familiar with various social media platforms and know the user habits and trend;

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign will be a PLUS;

- Passionate about F&B industry and lifestyle related content; Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages & leads a team of engineer assistants, supervisor and technicians on the testing of low-voltage switchboards and power distribution boards.
• Ensures that all testing checklists are correctly checked and signed.
• Drafts training material, manages and provides training (safety guidelines, testing and troubleshooting techniques) for newly hired employees or on new products.
• Leads the team and conducts factory acceptance tests (FAT) / factory witness tests (FWT) with the presence of clients in accordance to the method of statement (MOS).
• Performs in-house test procedures in accordance with the MOS.
• Performs in-house quality control procedures and checklists (e.g., visual inspection, torque tests, etc).
• Manages (calibration, defect reports, replacement procedures) all relevant tools and equipment used by the Testing Department.
• Assists in providing insights to the Quality Management Team for CAPA and RCA whenever required.
• Assists in providing insights to the Project Management Team for discussions and validation of the method of statement whenever required.
• Be committed to the team in achieving various goals set by the Management.

Requirements

• Diploma and/or above in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering or Mechatronic Engineering.
• Well versed in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, etc.).
• Possesses the ability to interpret electrical schematic, single line diagram (SLD).
• Preferably to be experienced in handling tools and equipment used in electrical testing (E.g., Primary Current Injection Test Set, Secondary Current Injection Test Set, Digital Micro-Ohm Meter, Insulation Resistance Test Set, Dielectric Withstand Test Set).
• Minimum 1 year of related work experience in the field of Electrical Engineering.

• Assist the project manager to ensure that projects are executed according to schedule.
• Coordinate & liaise with various related parties including customer, consultants, sub-contractors, site supervisors and safety supervisors on site to ensure project requirements are met.
• Full involvement of project activity and report progress to the Project Manager.
• Ensure procedures, standards and guidelines are followed and maintained.
• Assist in Tender where necessary.
• Prepare Project Quality Plan, Inspection Test plan (ITPL) and test packages (as per contract requirements).
• Compiling of quality document.
• Prepare work method statement and participate in risk assessment review with safety team.
• Promote IFW with Construction, EHS, QAQC and Commissioning Departments.
• Continuous Improvement Process on Quality Documents by integrating IFW focused Lessons Learned from project execution.
• To conduct Safe Behavior Observation (SBO).
• Assist with investigation of dangerous occurrence, accidents/ incidents and near misses at work site with Project Manager and Safety Team.
• Able to understand operation sequence, designs and coordination of drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and knowledge in AutoCAD software will pose an added advantage.
• Possess high level of integrity and good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge in Non-Destructive Testing (RT, PT, MT, VT).
• Independent, good decision making, good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills (where necessary).
