Skills/Qualifications:

· At least 3 to 5 years of managerial experience in food retail / institutional catering

· At least 3 years’ experience in managing multiple outlets

· Minimum ‘O’ level or Diploma in F&B service or equivalent

· Willing to be involved in hands on operations

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Able to lead and motivate to produce results

· Passionate about leading by example and strong leadership quality

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsible for all warehouse transactions using MS Office and SAP System, for receiving, locating, storage and retrieval of product for the Service Operations warehouse. Working closely with transport, warehouse, cross department, and management team. Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure. High level of accuracy and commitment is required.

Job Description:

• Assist in maintaining of all HACCP related records
• Daily 3PL warehouse stocks withdrawal (Storbest, Mandai Link, Tian Sheng and Flow)
• Printing of pickling list, data entry and posting.
• Communicating and coordinating with internal departments on logistics and stock inventory related matters etc.
• Conversion and printing of invoices and proper filing.
• Receiving goods on local purchase and external warehouse transfer.
• Responsible for all stationery requirements for the logistics department.
• Carry out warehouse administrative tasks and follow operational directive.
• Warehouse related administration documentation.g and repository management.
• Scanning and repository management.
• Ensure all incoming goods to be received in the SAP System and in accordance with procurement instruction or information, and according to the company policies.
• Maintaining inventory records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and tidy office environment.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by superior.

Requirement :

• Proficient in MS Office
• Hands on SAP experience will be an advantage
• At least 1 year in administration work in warehouse, supply chain in manufacturing, and distribution industry

The Job

Candidates must be willing to work 44-hour work week in Medical Centre for Migrant Workers (MCMW) located at Woodlands Industrial Park E7, where 98% of patients are male migrant workers.

• Register patients and schedule appointments.
• Do billing and cash collection.
• Update records and distribute reports.
• File patients' records.
• Replenish sundry item inventory when stock runs low.
• Do crowd control and simple triaging.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

The Person

• Willing to work in Medical Centre for Migrant Workers (MCMCW) at Woodlands Industrial Park E7.
• Minimum GCE "N" levels with minimum some work experience in customer service.
• Able to speak in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients).
