Assistant Corporate Secretary

This position reports to our Corporate Services Manager, who has more than ten years of experience in Corporate Services. You will be liaising directly with our ever-expanding international client base to understand their business, maintain a strong relationship with the clients, and advise them on any corporate issues they may face.

Responsibilities

· Assisting in corporate secretarial work, including advisory work, preparing resolutions and meeting minutes.
· Handling ACRA lodgements.
· Providing advice on compliance requirements and ensuring client’s compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements for Singapore or offshore jurisdictions.
· Providing regular reviews/updates and maintaining proper records of clients’ KYC/CDD compliance.
· Maintaining proper updates of companies’ registers and statutory records via the corporate secretarial software.
· Working as a team within the corporate secretarial department to ensure timely progression of workflow, quick turnaround time of client work, and maintaining high-level clients’ services.
· Assist in cross-selling other services provided by other arms of the Company when an opportunity arises.
· Gather clients’ feedback for improving the service-providing process.

Requirements

- Minimum one year of relevant working experience in corporate secretarial work.
- Diploma or degree holder with a background in, but not limited to, accounting or legal studies.
- Fresh graduates of SAICSA/CSIS/MAICSA or currently pursuing SAICSA/CSIS/MAICSA are welcome.

Position Details:

• Competitive Remuneration Package: Offering a highly attractive basic salary, commencing at $3,000 and reaching up to $5,000, in addition to Monthly Commission and Performance Bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Telesales Executive for General Insurance, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Proactively making outbound calls using leads provided by the bank to introduce General Insurance products to clients.
• Carefully understanding client concerns and effectively addressing their specific needs.
• Demonstrating a strong ability and confidence in cross-selling and upselling related products and services.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have:

• A minimum of a GCE 'O' Level qualification.
• A preferred minimum of 1 year of experience in Insurance telesales.
• Certification with BCP and PGI certificates is advantageous.

Job Description

The responsibilities involve overseeing the financial lifecycle of client matters, including billing, collections, and forecasting, while ensuring compliance and efficiency improvements. This includes managing rates, supporting audits, providing financial information for billing, training Legal PAs, liaising on cross-unit matters, and maintaining client relationships to ensure timely billing and cash collection.

Additionally, the role entails collaborating with partners on pricing, reviewing working capital on matters, handling financial inquiries, and fostering relationships with both clients and business development teams across the network.

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum 3 years' experience in revenue control management, preferably within professional services or complex billing environments.
• Individuals who played diverse roles such as working capital, finance, function building, systems implementation, or turnaround experience are beneficial
• Ability to apply credit control skills broadly, prompting action from internal and external stakeholders to drive progress in the working capital cycle.
• Proactive, communicative, and assertive qualities.
• Proficiency in technology, tech savvy in use of systems
• Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritisation skills, capable of handling high-pressure workloads and results-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the Company's IT network, servers, and CISCO Phone systems.
• L1 level support and L2 level support for hardware and software and networking
• Knowledge networking DHCP, static IP and general networking protocol and ports
• Knowledge of storm shield firewall, managed, unmanaged switch
• Knowledge of Microsoft Server 2008 and 2012 and Hyper-V
• Administration of user accounts and optimize email hosting storage
• Company IT asset, inventory and software management
• Training guide, IT policy management and development
• Source and coordinate with vendor for IT equipment, services or solutions and maintenance if needed..

Requirements:

• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Computer Science/Information Technology or
  equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin, IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent.
